This review is ONLY for Eric. Every time I have gone to this post office the staff has been slow and miserable the entire time. Like we are all personally offending them by asking them to mail something.

I always receive great customer service when dropping off my packages. I greet them with a smile and they do the same. Always a pleasant experience. Holidays are the holidays of course, so plan accordingly if you don’t want to wait in long lines.

I received excellent service by clerk #88; I didn't catch her name. I had several things to mail, and she was kind and patient through it all. Thank you! As an added bonus, the line was short too!

Horrible customer service. No forms on the counters. You have to wait in line for 30 min to get the forms you need, then step aside to fill them out before you wait again to actually mail your stuff. Stay away if possible. Lines are super long. Employees incompetent and slow. Manager doesn’t care.

Managers need attitude adjustment. Jeanette Has nasty attitude and does not listen- how she became supervisor????. 2 weeks ago spoke with some other supervisor man who said will call back - still waiting.they have no idea what they do there. Phyllis slow as can be 99% of them

It's like Walmart in the sense that there's like 10 lanes and only 1 person working & that person is emotionless and dead inside. I moved up one person in line while standing there for a whole 20 minutes. One man even said as we walked in, "this place f***ing sucks man" and now, not only do I believe that man, I will vouch for that! Don't waste your time.

I had gone there to apply for passport for my newborn. Their website said photo will be taken at the office. But when we got there at the scheduled appointment time, they say they DON'T take infant pics & we've to go to the CVS nearby to take pic. They should've mentioned that in the website! Travelling with a newborn to & fro to multiple places is no fun! I'd have given only 1 star rating if not for the lady at the counter. She was very helpful & courteous.

I went in on a Thursday around lunch time. There were 4 persons working the counter. I stood in line for about 10 minutes. I didn't experience any problems shipping out of this facility.

Have dealt with their customer service many times. Everytime I think it will be better but it's not. 5 people in line takes a half hour. The older gentleman seems to be the only one that cares. He is great.

It seems no matter the time of day, the lines at this location are endless with usually one - maybe two people working the counter. Most recent trip we tried to ship a package via Priority Mail. The shipment required a specific Priority Mail box supplied by the Post Office. The Self-Serve counter did not have the specific Priority Mail box available. So you have to wait in line to see if the clerk is able to locate one somewhere else in the Post Office. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the clerk is unable to find a box. Their response is that they do not always have the shipping supplies the website states are available at your local Post Office. That is like going to an Ice Cream shop to find out they do not have Ice Cream. Suggestion was try another Post Office location, sorry. The result was ending up at FedEx, they have supplies there.

I had a great experience today at this location. We were applying for passports for my children and husband and Regina took really good care of us. Even I was missing a couple of information on the application, she gave it back to me and told me to fill them out. She was really helpful.

I dread going to THIS post office....There is always a line to the door and maybe 2 clerks available. Every time. Not very friendly clerks either. The other day I decided to do the self-checkout. After completing the requested info, it would not read any card that I had. The guy in front me had the same problem. They can at least put a sign on the machine that says OUT OF SERVICE. Very inconvenient post office. I drove all the way to the Julington Creek P.O. and was greeted very promptly and with a smile on their faces.

Came by this post office on a Tuesday morning to drop off a few boxes of books I need o have shipped by media mail. My interaction was with an employee named Phyllis and she was one of the rudest individuals I have ever encountered. As you can imagine, boxes of books are quite heavy and she kept asking me to move them around from place to place, with sarcasm and no kindness that it was a difficult task for me. I was shocked by the complete lack of manners and helpfulness I experienced here - I hope this was just a bad day for her. I tried to call the supervisor afterwards, however the call went unanswered and disconnected me after several rings. I gave them 2 stars because they kept the line moving relatively well, and the facility was very clean. However, they get a ZERO for customer service!

Typically when you go to the post office you have to wait a long time and the customer service representative tends to be in a rush. When I went to the post office Friday, May 25 that was not the case. I had the distinct privilege of being waited on by Yikaury. She was truly customer centered focus on her job had a pleasant smile and was most professional. I was very impressed with how well she knew her job and her approach to customer service. When she told me she was knew I was very surprised because of how well she did her job.

I have used this location forever and for many years it was very good service. However its being a while that only two windows are open and the line is 10 to 15 people and the attendants are typical beaurocrats. Take breaks and chat freely laughing freely with other attendants and even flirty and touch hands. I thought that was not kosher with the federal employees. It all reflects with the wonderful manager at this location. I hope this changes this location needs improvement

must be nice having a business where you NEVER answer the phones.... I have called 3 numbers listed and all of them just ring and ring and ring after being told that I am being transferred to the operator. The one number that did answer claimed to be just a store with a small post office in it and provided another number that also just continuously rang to no avail... shame.

Has anyone else actually been scared of their mail person, before? Has anyone else's post person screamed at their mail box before, cursing it, screaming that our family is "F****ING KILLING ME!" repeatedly? Has your post person ever berated you for getting "too many" packages and mail? No? Oh, then you must not have to deal with the Mandarin Post Office! Two packages of ours, containing precious family heirlooms, were lost (we suspect never delivered) and the Mandarin Post Office couldn't figure out if we had insurance on those packages (we did), or how else they planned on blaming us for our packages being missing. We are kept on hold and promptly HUNG UP ON when we state who we are when calling in attempts to problem solve. Every day is a new Postal Nightmare. Will I get my mail today? Will my post lady go postal and cause me bodily harm? Will she throw my packages away? Attached is a photo of a package that she OPENED. I found this package IN OUR MAIL BOX, OPENED. I immediately contacted the sender to confirm that nothing was missing, but goodness, that's a FEDERAL offense, isn't it? Hmm.

Wish I could give my review ZERO stars. After reading other reviews, I assume it wasn't just an off day for them, but that they are always this rude. Regina, specifically, was EXTREMELY rude. I walked up to her very friendly as I'm used to my usual post office on the other side of the bridge and MAAAAN was she not happy to see me! She was snippy, impatient, and just plain ugly. Let's pray that's she's just seasonal help because how someone with that type of attitude is employed by USPS is beyond me. USPS, heighten your standards!!!!

This location has the worse couriers ever. The call can leave you a msg to call back, but they don't answer their phones. This location mis-delivers packaged in my entire neighborhood. They can't even drop off a package to the correct house. This is an ongoing daily situation. This neighborhood is almost 3 years old and they still cant get our mail delivered correctly. Many of us have lost checks, professional licenses, important documents. All because this poorly managed station.

I can't even believe we employ some of the people that work there. I guess it's better than welfare, so I don't have to pay for them. But this is the worst one I've been to in Jacksonville so far. Even the Supervisor gives zero cares about customers. He locks you in the building , so no one else can come in a few minutes before 6pm. If 6 is when you are open till, then be open. Also, as employees that I pay taxes, fees, ie your salaries I don't want to hear about your off time getting interrupted because you have to help someone...It's service for a customer.

Long lines some of the reps are rude service they offer the worse sent a package arrived broken waited for a package arrived at the post office and than was sent back to the shipper without even trying to deliver Manager was very nice guy though

The supervisor on duty at the time seemed to be Hispanic. He was very professional and willing to listen. I explained to him that my package was out for delivery the day before according to tracking but still had not made it. He assured me that the package made it onto the delivery truck this morning even though tracking says otherwise. He also took the time to say some additional things such as telling me that the package is a Medium Flat Rate Box and asking me what time my post man usually comes around. Trusting him, I went home to wait. When the post man came around in the afternoon, he did really have the package and brought it to my door.
I am disappointed that my package was delivered late. However the supervisor at this location patiently helped me and I was fully satisfied.

Trying to get my passport application in calling repeatedly for weeks with no answer every time. I go into the office to squeeze my completed application in somewhere and they just tell me to keep calling. Worst service. Extremely disappointed. Not going back.
