Only one person doing passport acceptance, even though they get filled up with walk-ins every day. Dirty floors and obviously frustrated staff. Management/government needs to do better.

If you ever in Mandarin and want to mail a package skip SKIP this place. Absolute vermin works here that have a bone to pick with customers. And somehow they don't get fired. This is my third time and the vermin threatened not to take my package and i see from tracking that is not going anywhere.First time the counter vermin wanted to get in a fight and told him to go outside.Second time they inflated the price of shipping from 20$ to over 160$ purposely. I really wonder how this place is still open.

Missed two redelivery request and they never answer phone. Filed formal complaint... Not that it will do any good!Update February 28, 2024, within the past month, the Mandarin Post Office has misdelivered two packages. This is a regular occurrence out of this location. It appears it is happening more often with no redress. Unfortunately, they are the only game in town.

Lazy idiots at counter for passports. Neglect to mention you have to sign a “wait list” at 2:30 for a WALK IN then tell everyone who waited an hour later telling them to leave.

By far the worst USPS location ever. The rudest and laziest employees our government employs. Apparently it is too much to ask for them to check if a package is at another location after their website tells you is at the mandarin location. Poor service, they are rude and get into arguments with customer. I’ve never seen suck a thing. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Update: Never more than 1 employee working the counter at any given time of day. 40 min minimum wait time to mail a package. Slow, lazy employees with bad attitudes.2019: Absolute worst post office ever. Biggest attitudes, slowest service and they are damn proud of it. Also seems like the customers with the least common sense and the biggest issues come here on the reg. Literally go anywhere else.

I stood in line for 40 mins waiting to recieve my mail and he told everybody we had to leave after already being there for a while, many customers voiced their opinions stating that we’d been there for a while he didn’t care and cussed at some customers which we do not appreciate, do not go here !

Sometimes you feel frustrated when you use USPS service, but when I came to this post office this morning for the returned package, I was so pleased that Ms. Yikaury really helped me a lot. She spent a lot of time trying to figure out the issues and solutions to resolve the issues. She was very polite and calm. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I think she really deserves credits. USPS deserves credits as well for providing such great service!

Surprised this place has ALMOST 2 stars.Very cold people, unfriendly, disrespectful and of course slow and poor service.It’s a miserable group mentality in this office, and collectively they carry a lot of spite.I.e., they will tell you one thing and do another just because they *can*.There’s not many other post offices located nearby so unless you’re just dropping off a package (& not communicating with the counter other than a receipt) I highly recommend planning your day to go elsewhere, if possible. Considering how many negative reviews there are in this place, there ought to be a regional consensus to make service less dismal.

Today I January 17, I go to the post office, the leftmost the beautiful curly haired lady, she professional do his job, hand so quickly on keyboard and kindly help me. I can’t imagine her do the job so quickly and professional all day, I admire her(?
