went to this store for help with my phone...two employees busy with customers waited for an hour without even a hello be right with you. Three other people came and went, I went down the cellular sales down the road on San Jose Blvd and was helped right away with great results. 2 mos later I returned to this store for help with a bill after a very frustrating phone call with a verizon rep the day before at which I spent over a half hour on hold before I spoke with someone and then waited online again for help and was cut off. I was greeted by a rep who stated that he was not able to help me. So again I retreated to the cellular sales store down the road and my situation was corrected in about ten minutes as he was on the phone with Verizon. The other gentleman was just too lazy to call Verizon. So disappointed with the Verizon Store again.

Great customer service! I use to avoid Verizon stores. Been with Verizon over 25 years. Did all my purchasing online because I use to get better customer service. My daughter went to the Durban for help with her phone earlier this year. She told me how helpful and nice they were to her. A few months ago I went there to get some help and questions asked. Very knowledgeable and helpful in everywhere. I took my mom there three other day, they took special care for her needs. She's not tech savvy, so they took the time to get everything she wanted set up on her phone. I was very impressed. A special thank you to Noel.

I arrived before the other person, but the customer service was terrible. They made me wait and served other people first, simply because they wanted to. This is very disrespectful. 😒

Stood in store 10 mins before they even asked my name to check me in. Then a rep takes care of the customer who came in after me and I'm still waiting just to have a screen protector put on.

Please AVOID at all costs!!!
Verizon has blown me away with how bad their customer service is since 2020. I had 2 lines, unlimited plans, and could not get them to honor their email and their word. I will never use their services again. 0/5 stars

This complaint is about the company, not this store. This company is horrible. Been fighting with them about a bill I do not owe for 3 months. Can't never get past the call center, which is absolutely no help. This morning they just tried to take over $200 out of my checking account which I did not authorize and was also told by the call center they would not do. My bank has it flagged as fraud now. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I had new phone less than one week and dropped phone cracking screen glass. Fortunately, we got insurance this time. Walked into store to find out what to do and Eric Wulf greeted 7s and within several minutes showed us how easy it was to file a claim. Great customer service.

Great experience! Alan Hirsch helped us get great deals on new phones, and took time to help us get everything set up. Alan was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue because t-mobile switched over the wrong phone number, and Alan helped us on his day off to correct t-mobile’s mistake. 11/10!

I went there and opened 2 phone lines went with my own iPhones payed off asked to open 2 lines and asked that if I ever wanna cancel my lines from there in future will it be any fees they said no u can cancel at any time u don’t have a contract with us since u have your open iPhones one year latter I went in payed my bills and asked to cancel my phone lines I cancels them 2 months latter they send me a bill for 450$ worst store to ever go to I went back in there to see why I had that charge no one would give me an answer told me to call costumer servise I call them they said that I owne that because I had a contract with them when I never did I went in there with my own iPhones and Evan asked before I opened my 2 phone lines if I cancel my lines will it be any fees they told me no and they still charged me for no reason at all I suggest you never to to this store they will Lie to you and screw you over

Yesterday, on February 17th, 2024, my wife and I had an incredibly disappointing encounter at the #Verizon store. Despite our loyalty to Verizon for over 23 years, our experience was marred by rudeness and unprofessionalism from the salesperson we worked with.
We spent over two hours with the salesperson attempting to upgrade our phones. Unfortunately, from the outset, there were discrepancies in the quotes provided to us. It became evident that we were given inaccurate information, leading us to do our own calculations to sort out the confusion. After much back and forth, we reluctantly agreed to proceed with the upgrades.
To our dismay, the problems didn't end there. The salesperson provided us with the wrong phones, and to make matters worse, failed to review my plan thoroughly for potential upgrade benefits that could have improved our trade-in value. This oversight only added to our frustration and sense of dissatisfaction.
After this experience, we have decided that we will no longer patronize Verizon stores. It's disheartening to have our loyalty met with such poor service, and we hope that our feedback can contribute to improvements in customer experiences moving forward. #verizon #customersatisfaction
