This resort is gorgeous ! The service is also impeccable. Especially Tatiana at the front desk. Super sweet and helpful! 5 stars for her as well! Also the food here is fantastic. I loved light keepers the best. Will definitely be back for sure

The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne has a genuine caring team, but my experience with Paola V. (from Guest service) was phenomenal. This young lady was beyond attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was remarkable and memorable.
