Most unhelpful post office I’ve ever visited. They don’t except general deliveries and don’t really give you any other information. Other than it’s rerouted to the Flagler location, any package says it was delivered but guaranteed it’s not as they have informed me. I tried calling a dozen times over two weeks and never was able to get through even when calling the main one 800 number still not able to get through to the post office. Go somewhere else save yourself a headache.

god BLESS Vigi, one of the ladies that work here, if it wasn’t for her i would definitely not be leaving a 5 star review, she was so kind/patient, let me take a good passport picture and helped us figure out the mailing part, sooo thankful she showed up when she did, you’re the best!

The service hours of this locations seems to be just a suggestion for the employees. They don’t open in time, already 20 min waiting outside

Always friendly, polite and cooperative even when under pressure from impatient customers. We are fortunate to have this service in Key Biscayne.

This office is terrible for customer serviceI had an appointment for an in person passport renewal which I made weeks ago and they called me two hours before the appointment to cancel it because” they did not have enough staff” to handle my appointment. Not even offered a rescheduleVery upset and dissatisfied but they did not care. I will not have passport renewal on time for my future travel. ??

We have a P.O. Box at the place and are having regular interaction with the employees. All of them are very professional, competent and also very friendly. They always give their best in helping us out and getting us the information or help we need. We love going there and getting our post! Special thanks to Stephanie, Claudia and Daniel for making each of our regular visits a true joy!

It is 10:00 am and there is a line in order to be attended by somebody at the post office ...and only une person is working... where are the workers???? 4 windows and only one is open????

I have never written a review before so this is saying something! Absolute worst store I have even been in, in my entire life. I went in on a Thursday afternoon and not a single other person was in there. It took over five minutes for anyone to even notice me and then once they did they were so rude and condescending. They kept just walking away in the middle of our transaction which should have taken 30 seconds and ended up taking 15 minutes. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of the way than come to this place again!

I have been going to this location for years! Unfortunately today has a horrible experience with a lady I never seen before “STEPHANIE WILSON” she gave me horrible attitude from the beginning and she through my box against the wall landing in the shipping bin. When I asked for the manager she said she wasn’t there and 3 mins later manager “VICKY” was kind and try to calm Stephanie but she was so rude wouldn’t listen to her own boss while cursing and shouting at me and even went as low talking about my mother lol so ghetto I walked out of how shocked I was with not only the service but how she talked to customers and her own manager!
