We go to every Harley store when we're on vacation since we've been riding as a couple for 16 years. This store has to have the rudest employees.

I was there yesterday trying to shop before leaving the area. I ask about the clearance shirts; ask what was wrong with them. A young man replied to me , he tried to explain the reasons why they were on clearance but another employee, a female then came out and started telling me what might be wrong and that there might not be anything wrong with them. She was very rude. She was yelling at me. Not once but twice. I would had looked around more for gifts I was hoping to get, but after she was being so rude and yelling I left. That girl should not be working with the public. She’s rude! And how dare her yell at me. Demand that I look at those shirts. How dare her

No bikes at this location. Strictly shirts and such. The bikes are at their Miami location. Huge selection of stuff. Shop is clean. The woman at the counter was friendly and helpful. What else could you ask for. I bought a shirt.

Gentleman behind the counter had verve and was energetic. We picked up a shirt and even though they don’t give military discount, he gave us a VIP discount. He made us feel special and treated us with respect, which in Key West shops is a rarity. We will return!
