Absolutely trash experience, I say 3 hrs before I finally decided to leave, the bankers was just in there office doing nothing while people are waiting. Horrible experience today!!!!!!

I opened a business account in this bank branch, the employees are extremely polite. Had experience working with Christopher Gonez. An excellent person and a true professional with extensive experience. My entire time there was as comfortable and productive as possible! Christopher Gonez not only helped solve all my questions, but also gave me a charge of positivity and good mood for the whole day!My experience with this bank is 10/10.

The people there are very nice. The only thing I see when I go there at the ATM entrance that section is disgusting! They need someone to clean that space! If I was the manager I would have someone clean that up! Its embarrassing! Spider webs all over the place. You can actually see the big spiders walking onbthe walls! Please clean this up!

Went to open a account and they said I have to go online and make a appointment online and they have employees there just talking and joking around doing nothing and afther 30 minutes they come and say that maybe they can take care of me in 45 or 30 minutes wow this place sucks and sorry for my words.......

Great experience! Had 9:30 appt. to open checking and savings accounts; no waiting. Friendly greeting by both the check-in hostess and female security officer. Gil was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even after our accounts were open, he helped us further by answering our questions and helping us set up things like Auto Save, Credit Journey, Zelle, etc. He really went above and beyond! Thank you!

I love Chase Bank, I have been banking for years, but everytime I need a notarized letter I get push back. It's seems they do not take accountability of the many years banking.

One of the customer service guys isn't professional and doesn't know what he doing. I went to get my money because chase closed my account but he refused to give it to me.had to call the chase customer service help desk on phone to get this resolved. He needs more training.

To be honest, I don't know exactly how long the column has been like this but it has been at least over a month. Let's avoid a fatal accident for the customers that we have to use the ATMs.

Staff waiting in lobby to answer questions. They quickly got us set up with Chris. Chris and staff were helpful, also pleasant. We completed what we needed to quickly and was on our way. Great experience!

This is “THE” worst bank I have ever been into, it’s not even my Bank but the last two times I have gone in the worst service I have ever received in my life. I have been depositing checks into my Realtors account every month for the last 7 months and had no issue the 1st 5 times no issue, the 6th time I had an issue but they still did their job, 7th time visiting I came in 5 mins of closing and I was told they could not cash my check so I waiting for my landlord to call me back to see if they could come or something and they sent some little balding gentleman over n he comes up arms folded like he was head bouncer at a club saying “the check won’t go through and you have to go!” I checked his tone real quick, I will never let anyone just simply be rude to me. But still the worst service and experience I have ever had….long story short don’t go in this bank within 5 minutes of closing they are very rude and will kick you out. I felt racially profiled.

Terrible people that works there. Ask for help to get some documents for an account that I had. Make an appointment to see the person. When to my appointment. Only to be told that the person can not help me. That someone will call me about the situation. It has been one year now still waiting for that person to help me. Terrible!!! They are not helpful at all.
