Went to exchange our propane tank. The digital screen was broken and there were no alternative ways to get a full propane tank. A customer service associate helped me and way very nice and tried to find ways to help me, but was unable to assist. I am thankful for that associate and everything she did to assist.

Delivery service is horrible! Promised same day delivery and by the second day I had to call and got conflicting statements and they just canceled it on me! Don’t waste your time and aggravation with them! Very disappointed!

How are you going to only have self check out and then when we self check out ourselves, give us a problem when we leave. I bought four items. Two bathroom faucets, the inside of a toilet items and a jellyfish lamp for my daughter. The lady watched me scan every single item. Then when I want to walk out, she stopped me and said I don’t think you scanned both faucet. I said yes I did. Here’s my receipt. I showed her my receipt and then she said can I please have your receipt I said sure. She looked at the receipt. It had four items. I had four items in my cart, she still gave me a problem. I told her there are four items on my receipt and four items in my cart. I’m not quite sure why she had to be rude especially in front of my child. If you were going to harass your customers after they self check out maybe you should stop offering self check out. I definitely will not be shopping back here again. Next time I’ll drive myself a little farther to go somewhere else or different location. Honestly, I am super disappointed in this Home Depot

A DEWALT cordless drill was on sale for $99. At checkout a cashier charged me for $190 even I told her it was a sale. She not even check for moment. The customer service was terrible!!! Trust machine instead.

In general, Home Depot is typically a great store to shop at. However, this store’s employees are completely clueless and have no customer service training at all. From answering phones rudely to hanging up on customers, it’s a sad store.

Wasn't impressed with the people working nor their inventory that they showed they had online but was wrong compared to store shelf. The workers just brushed me off when I asked for help so I left and had fantastic service at Lowe's!!!

As a project manager I would never shop at this Home Depot. You get treated differently when black due to the overly Spanish employees and that’s fine, I spent 5 to 10,000 each visit so let’s see if racism fills their pockets because not my services.

Avoid this place. Criminal behavior by employees. Don’t have them deliver your purchases to you. The employees intentionally put wrong delivery address on your paperwork. Even if you catch the error after you paid you items will go to wrong address. The police need to go there and investigate those people. Nothing new for Home Depot, they always have had a flare for criminal behavior.
