15 minutes waiting for them to serve us and they just looked at us as if we didn't exist???? What's wrong with these people??? Since it is not their business, they only care about charging their time and the company losing clients!! More people who even want to work please

I went to buy an offer of 6 dams with 4 accessories for $20.00 that showed some large dams on television (misleading ads) and the dams looked like dwarf chickens that were not fed, if they were free it is understandable, but for the $20.00 I expected something Better, I was thinking of returning it but my wife wouldn't let me ?

I was extremely disappointed with the food. The food smelled wrong and it was undercooked and when I called the manager to have a refund, he blamed it on GrubHub did not take responsibility of his mistake. I do not recommend for anybody to eat at this location you will be poisoned.

I bought a 8 piece family meal and I did not get the 4 biscuits and all the chicken was burnt, missing chicken leg and the large Mac and cheese was a small, I try calling the store and no answer.

What a dump. They have a party inside as they attending you. They take forever to take your order through the drive-through, and they leave waiting by the window like you do not exist. I don’t know what type of manager would run a fast food with employees like this. No wonder business go

Paid extra for 2 breasts, was given a breast and wing and had to go back to get the order corrected,and they still didn’t give me my second breast, they gave me a thigh. Usually I wouldn’t care, but if I’m required to pay extra for something then it’s only fair I get what I paid for.Then I sit down to eat, and all my food was cold so I couldn’t finish it. Not to mention, this location’s prices are higher than others. So I paid more, and got less.Edit: today I’m eating the second piece of chicken that was supposed to be a breast, and it’s not even cooked properly!!??Won’t be coming to this location again.

The worst experience ever ! I left my office around 12:10pm I got to KFC drive thru around 12:19pm I stood in line for 15 minutes looking at the time on my phone the line never moved, Finally after 17 minutes of waiting the line finally started moving, but it wasn`t moving towards the pay window the people where driving off, 3 cars ahead of me pulled away, I pulled up to the speaker I placed my order and again another 7 minutes went by and I didn`t even move from the speaker, finally the car ahead of me pulled away from the line and I was fed up with waiting I also pulled away from the line and follow him across the street to BK !

My order said Ready at 9:15 pm. I got there a few minutes after. It was not in the pick up spot they had. Thought they might be running little behind. But I stood there for 15 minutes at the counter and all the workers stood there and ignore me even when i was in front of them. This other customer practically had to beg for their attention to get their help. I was about to do drive thru just to get them to speak to me. When they finally gave me my order.

Bad service, or rather they don't serve you, you can wait a long time and they don't take your order even if it's free. The checkout doesn't answer what you ask, they are very rude... I don't recommend it at all.
