The big guy and basically the only guy that works there, is highly rude. He doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect.

They do everything at their convenience, I wanted to change a perfume that I bought in “buy 3 for 10$” and they told me that I had to pay the difference because they feel like it… it's only fair that they change it for you and that's it but no! !

Store is dirty and employees are just rude. I work in retail in the same mall and this store is just nasty and employees are just rude. zero customer service.
