I had 10 outfits that I wanted to try on but there was this lady and she wasn’t let me go she kept saying it was closed but there 3 people in the fitting room. She said that it was temporary closed when the store was filled with people that wanted to try clothes to. When it the almost holidays when people are trying to find clothes to give as gifts or to buy for the holidays.

The big guy and basically the only guy that works there, is highly rude. He doesn’t know how to treat customers with respect.

They do everything at their convenience, I wanted to change a perfume that I bought in “buy 3 for 10$” and they told me that I had to pay the difference because they feel like it… it's only fair that they change it for you and that's it but no! !

I was trying to get into the store, but I was eating a cup of ice cream. The guy in the entrance told me in a rude way NO! You and the little girl (my daughter) will make a mess. Finish your ice cream and comeback. The store doesn’t even have a sign in the entrance saying the food and beverage are prohibited inside the store.Very bad customer service.

Store is dirty and employees are just rude. I work in retail in the same mall and this store is just nasty and employees are just rude. zero customer service.

Good selection but it says they close at 9 but the lady locked the doors by 8:40 and was standing by the door. I felt pressured and left. Another lady selected quickly her dresses and literally ran out the door.

The loop location is absolute trash. And the overwhelmingly unclean and dark for no reason. The other locations are pretty vaild compared to this one
