Samone Scott got me a great approval on a used car and credit card, was extremely pleasant to speak with as well. Allison the manager stayed open late for me just to make sure I got all my paperwork handled and was extremely kind too. I thoroughly look forward to banking with this branch. ❤️

Terrible bank, one bad answer after another! This bank is part of my Co-Op and I was told by my current bank that MIDFLORIDA Credit Union would be able to issue me a Cashier's Check. I was skeptical so I called to confirm and was told that I could get the Cashier's Check at the local branch. Upon arriving I was told that MIDFLORIDA Credit Union does not offer this service anymore and was erroneously told to go to a check cashing service which I knew would not issue Cashier's Checks. Complete waste of time, so don't bother with this bank if you need a Co-Op service

They are a wonderful place to bank at. The customer service there is fantastic. On some days even, there is a little elderly lady who sits in the lobby and hand out fresh popcorn ? two people when they come into the ? Bank . I would totally recommend would totally recommend this bank to anybody.

I took 35 min to make a deposit for my father in law. Needed help to fill out the deposit form which is different cause it’s going out state. Did the line the form didn’t feel correctly had to go back fix it and make lane for 3rd time, finally get to desk the ladie ask me like 3 times didn’t know how to make the transaction.Was planning to switch my bank account with them definitely not will do. There was a lady complaining she just opened an account with them the day before and she was having issues too.

never fails, on Friday's, the ATM is almost always not working. Not sure if this is done to drive traffic inside the branch.

Their infrastructure, technology wise; is probably running off of a 1997 windows computer locked in someone’s basement. It takes days for a transfer to complete whereas other banks are usually next day or same day. They have all this money with their robbery-level APY and somehow can’t invest in better technology.

The ATM has been down for the past week and it needs to be fixed asap. All I want to do is make a quick cash deposit to pay a loan. Long lines in drive thru and inside the lobby. Unacceptable.

This bank put me through the wringer at one point but they have just gone above and beyond to make it right. Kudos to their regional manager. I would now recommend this bank.

I had nothing but a positive experience here! I’m not a member, but I needed to withdraw funds from another credit union in Colorado. MIDFLORIDA was the only shared branch credit union in my area that was open on a Saturday and allowed shared branch transactions that weren’t limited to an ATM. Everyone was friendly, and the entire process was quick and painless. Despite having to go a little out of my way to get to them, it was a pleasant experience, and I will happily consider opening an account with them!

Terrible customer service. I was there today and it was empty at the counter. Three employees were behind there busy doing who knows what and make me stand there with my cash deposit in hand and wait for well over 5 minutes while the line behind me is growing.Finally a new teller comes out and very s l o w l y opens his till and sets up his station and then very s l o w l y completes my deposit transaction.No apologies for the unnecessary wait and they made me feel like an unvalued customer. I'm closing on a $20k cash out refinance next week and was going to place it into savings here, but will put that money elsewhere now. If they don't value my business, I will do the same in return. A simply apology at the counter for the unnecessary wait would have made a world of difference. But they don't seem to care.
