Waited over an hour to pick up a check. Location is short staffed and running limited services (teller only). However they have enough staff to have a door greeter ?Quicker to drive in Orlando traffic to a more efficient location. I am writing this to save others from the headache AND inconvenience. Irritated af rn. BYPASS THIS LOCATION. Edited to add: teller says we could've just got in the teller line! Was told by the precious greeter to sit and wait on a "banker". Unbelievable.

I don't like that it takes days to Zelle funds to my other Zelle account. This is not a convenience for your members. Thus I have given you a 3 in your rating. Please do something about this.

Sad to say, but the costumer service at this branch is very poor. I went in with excitement to open my new account but my excitement was cut short by what I experienced. The staff members almost give the impression to be bothered. From the the person that greet me at the door to the person who assisted me in opening my new account. Sorry.

Although I have a great appreciation for Navy Fed Credit Union, I was disappointed by the unprofessional and rude behavior displayed by the staff at this particular branch. It is unfortunate that such behavior tarnishes the reputation of an otherwise reputable bank. I believe it is essential for the staff to maintain a professional level of service in order to uphold the institution's standards.

The Spanish lady at front entrance is rude. Went in to ask questions about bank and told me to go online to open account and find out information on the website . I felt like they did not want my business and too lazy to do their job. I then decided to stay with USAA instead which has much better customer service.

This is the only branch close enough (35minutes away, everything else is an hour and a half). I have visited branches elsewhere- in Fayetteville, NC, and SC and never have I experienced such poor customer service. You call the customer service for the company and they tell you that you're able to go to the nearest branch to get a letter made up. I drive 35-45 minutes due to never ending traffic on i4. When I come in explaining what I was told and what I needed, a simple letter, they scoff at me as if I didn't know what I was talking about or I was lying about speaking to a rep of the company. And then say they probably can't do it. I've been waiting for over an hour because they have two people working from 9-1030, during prime time customer traffic. The wait time is horrendous and I've never had to deal with that in any other branch, and they aren't the most professional staff either, especially the actual customer service representative if they make a customer seem small and feel stupid. I've worked customer service and I know there is a right way and a wrong way to treat someone. Especially if that person is polite to begin with. This could have definitely swayed my decision with closing my account, which I've had over 11 years and have loves, and switch to a bank that's more convenient and more professional. The one exception about this place is Janice and her colleague Andrew. They went above and beyond to help me with my issue, even if it took longer than they had planned. If it werent for them, this review would have went to it's original 2 stars. They are life savers.

Been here in line waiting to do a wire transfer for about 1 and 35 minutes there's 5 offices only 2 people helping. One of the people behind the desk got up and started to help people in the regular line instead of helping people that have been waiting for hours.If you come here be prepared to wait for hours.

So I am here now 12-3-2022 federal credit union in Osceola to pick up ready cashiers checkFor pick up and the guy so lazy won’t do it tells me go to the teller when he’s not doing anything at all now smh what a shame should be fired
