The lady who works at the fitting room is the most disrespectful worker I've ever met in retail . Talks to everyone with complete disrespect, have a manager go watch how she talks to customers and tell me why she has a job

This store is a complete mess! The average wait time at checkout is at least an hour because they only ever have two cashiers for the entire store. The place is disorganized, chaotic and by far the worst Ross I’ve ever been to in the U.S. The manager is completely absent and we had to wait 45 minutes just to get the security tag removed from a bag. Absolutely unacceptable.

In typical Ross fashion they have more employees dedicated to guarding the crap they get as merchandise instead of employees who can take your money so you can leave their fire-hazard of a store.
Although you would think if stopping shoplifters was a concern, they wouldn't have at least a dozen merchandise alarms going off at all times.
Worst. Ross. Ever.

I love the bargains and the fun to search for something different and unique. This staff appeared to be overwhelmed. The store was disorganized and way overcrowded. I had selected several items, but the line looped back and forth and reached all the way to the back of the store. I just left.

I just got attacked by alexa employee when i asked her to move her cart while I was trying to reach merchandise, she got so aggressive, to the point raised her arms trying to get closer,and got stopped by employees...I don't know what she had in her mind,Jasmin manager was there ,never lift a finger .it was 9:50 pm,they were trying to clean while the store was still open,everything was around everywhere, not safe at all for customers.this location. Is in a tourist area ,abd they are so rude to ppl,thinking they will never see them again.these employees get paid from us being in the store shopping, so this aggressive and unprofessional behavior has to be taking care off immediately asp.,I will definitely reach out to corporate

There is 10 employees at the store. The store has a huge line of customers ready Tom check out. No employees or manager feels the need to open a second register. SMH.
