After years of not trusting Dr.Merritt and her practice I only went there because my father-in-law was friendly with Dr. Merritt. An acquaintance dog was burned severely on the operating table. My experience with my dog, I was miss quoted, largely on teeth extractions. My latest experience was a true nightmare for my wife and I and my belove schnauzer. they kept us waiting, almost an hour in the waiting room to put our dog to sleep. My dogs anxiety was over the top. Nobody seemed to care , we purposely had the last appointment of the day so we could get my dog in comfortably so he wasn't a nervous wreck, this office failed us immensely !!

I absolutely love this veterinary Office, my dog has been a patient at Bellevue veterinary for a few years and Mulberry for a few years and this is by far the best for my dog. All the doctors and staff have gone above and beyond for my diabetic dog. Kendra is absolutely the wonderful she always is so professional and polite and kind and is so good with my dog. Her customer service always goes above and beyond anything I could hope for.

This little office is just wonderful! We switched here about a year ago from another nearby office in Leesburg due to never being able to be seen in a timely manner and simply because their prices were mind-boggling. Dr. Merritt and her staff at Animal Clinic of Lady Lake are gems! They are always kind, willing to listen, find a way to get your pet seen if needed, and their prices are reasonable! My dog loves the staff and has a myriad of issues; however, she always is calm in their presence and they’re all so loving towards animals.
