I told the girl exactly the mattress I was looking for and the price I seen it at another mattress firm. She told me she had a 10 inch for $250 I told her the one that I was looking for was 8 in for 200 so she changed the price and says yep it's 8 in its 250. I appreciate you changing the price on a lower thickness either trying to be slick obviously she doesn't care about bad reviews. I was so polite with her I guess they don't like people that call and try to tell them what they're looking fo,r they're just looking for a lay down sale. Literally, two weeks ago they had this Sealy mattress at a different location that was 10 inch come to think of it for 200 and here she is playing around like a 3 year old. If she had it I was gonna drive straight up there and the 400 queen Sealy too with adjustable frame but she lost me with games.

Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable with choosing the best mattress. She greeted us the minute we came in the door. She made the whole transaction very easy. If I know anybody that’s looking for a mattress, I will tell them to go to the store in Lady Lake.

Donovan (Don) was very knowledgeable on the different mattresses. He asked me what I was looking for and he was able to direct me to exactly what I wanted!! I purchased a king size , and will be back to purchase a queen size for the guest bedroom.
