This is one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken. Virginia is compassionate teacher. Each class she gives you a one on one moment before class. I look forward to Wednesdays for yoga. It is my happy place.

Virginia's class meets you on your level. Even though you are in a very friendly, non judgemental group, it feels like you are getting one on one care and guidance in your practice. An absolutely wonderful experience! Highly recommended!!

I've been practicing with Virginia since 2017 and my life and health has greatly improved. I've learned so much. I highly recommend checking this studio out and taking a class. The only regret you will have is not coming sooner. Can't wait to meet you!
