Chad was excellent to work with from before we agreed to list right through to the final closing. He helped us with pricing, marketed our property aggressively, and provided regular updates on activity. Once under contract (for 97% of list price!), Chad worked with our local property caretaker to ensure issues uncovered during inspection were addressed promptly. The result was a smooth closing on time!
