I put an 2000$ down payment on a car 11/1/2024 ! While I was there I simply asked hay what’s the procedures if I don’t like the car the guy stated you have 30days to bring it back if you don’t like it I pulled off the Lott and I loved the car ! The car broke down on me on 11/6/2024 I reached out to the dealer they had the car towed and I told them I didn’t want the car because if I don’t have a dependable car I don’t have a JOB it broke down on me on the 5th day I STATED I DIDNT WANT THE CAR and I was simply told no I can’t get my down payment back I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a car from Matilda’s father PLEASE STAY AWAY

Guy that detailed the vehicle was awesome and the two ladies in the front office were extremely sweet and patient.
Great place!
We highly recommend you give them a chance to get you in your next vehicle!

I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to leave this review. This place deserves -0 stars. It’s car lots like this one that gives buy here pay here lots their terrible reputation. Chad is a lier and is completely shady. He will sell you junk and then blame you when it inevitably tears up. And trust me, it will. Please, take your hard earned money and business elsewhere. Learn from my mistake. I would love to see this place shut down!

Okay first of all he ha s adorable little Frenchie that made my whole day better :) oh and the fact that Chad and Lisa’s customer service was exceptional and amazingly honestly like I was really impressed when he openly admitted that the car is a new lot purchase for him and that he hasn’t done the entire run through with changing oil and making it lot ready for purchase but ten point is I know of plenty of not big Corp company’s that would rather rip you off then have actual customers who want this Type of review, great job, but the price was amazing and the customer service is just what lake city needs to take note of, they worked with us on payments and we’re all around super down to earth and amazing bunch of people, and doggy, thanks a huge help and This is my first review I’ve ever done. So they really know how to shine when it comes to how they treat you as a person instead of a sale. 11/10 would recommend!

I'd prefer no stars but that's not an option. In all its definately your usuall buy here pay here. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. It was only a bad experience because my husband and I spent our last trying to keep the car working and fix. And despite our best efforts we later found out the car was already messed up when we got it off the lot. It lasted 4 months of steadily getting one thing after the other fix on the van. In all just dispointed.

If I could give this place a negative -5 star i would they sell you car that are broken i brought a car from there and the car was so mess up we had to put $3500 in it to fix it in the end to lose it because it have so many problems they sold us a death trap thank God my kids didn't get hurt or worse and then when trying to talk to the man about he want to laugh at me and when I told him I wasn't laughing then all of a sudden his want to said he not laughing atdo not waste your time buying anything off this lot just because it look good doesn't mean it good

AMAZING SERVICE from BOTH Chad and Lisa! They took great care of me and worked with me in all aspects. I purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from them and I’m in love with my vehicle and their service. I’m not prone to leaving reviews but with this business I absolutely had to! They were both so sweet and professional, not pushy in the slightest, also straight to the point which is something I like too. Great honest people, I highly recommend coming to them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you Chad and Lisa!
