No response while waiting in lobby for 40 minutes after the appointment time. Very unprofessional behavior. could have at-least had a courtesy to come and tell that they are not available. They shouldn't have given appointment

When I showed her what kind of hair I had, what I want to get, she said that everything is possible. During the process, I said several times that it seems that this is not what I'd like to get. After she finished I saw that there was no resemblance between what I wanted and what I have, I said that I didn’t want this, she said I can schedule a new appointment to fix it although she assured me she can do what I asked for.

I absolutely love this place. Not just for myself, but because I help out when I can. Paige and Train have been here for several years after they left a toxic salon. They treat their clients amazing and have time to deal with them one on one in this day and time that’s the only way really. I too answer the phones and get to book the appointments, but ultimately they do the work, I just love answering all the clients questions and sending them to whom I think will be the best fit for the schedule and what they need. They are some of the best stylist in town. They book up fast and have amazing clients that love and care for the vibes. I would give it 10 stars if I could. So happy for them/us. We did it babes. We made a salon that everyone is happy to come to with no drama and so much love.

Marie Sandusky was both mine and my moms hair stylist, she’s incredibly passionate about her career and knowledgeable. We always come out with beautiful healthy hair! Marie is professional and friendly, it’s like talking to a friend you’ve known forever, she always makes you feel welcomed! Highly recommend Marie Sandusky!
