Publix Liquors at Lake Mary Collection is a well-organized and clean store with a friendly and helpful staff. The store manager, Ryan Bowles, sets a positive example for his team, and the majority of the employees are known for their excellent customer service. However, there have been some reports of outdated or expired products being sold, and one employee in the seafood department is said to have a poor attitude. Overall, Publix Liquors at Lake Mary Collection is a pleasant shopping experience for most customers, with the exception of the occasional issue with product freshness and a single employee's behavior.
The guy who assisted me in this location (Publix liquor) today (4:10 PM) was rude. I couldn’t see his name. Is the first time a member from Publix has that kind of behavior. I love Publix overall but need to be more careful with the people they hire and see how they treat clients.

Donna at the deli was awesome. She made the greatest sub ever and she had the best customer service. I feel like she should be running the place!
