What is with this pharmacy? It seems like they're just making their own hours, and rules. I called at 6:45 on a Friday after my daughter left a pediatric urgent care visit.Was told the pharmacy was closing in 15 minutes and I'd have to wait until the next day. Yet, on the website, they're open until 9pm on Fridays and 7pm Saturday.I know for a fact I've picked up prescriptions after 7pm on Fridays. So did we just decide to close early that day? No explanation given by the woman who answered my call. Who was dismissive, apparently by the fact they were closing in 15 minutes and she was clearly ready to go home.On a separate occasion, they refused to fill my prescription because the prescription was on paper and not electronic. I was told to go shopping and they would call the doctor. Then, lo and behold, since it was after 5, the doctor's office was closed and I was told to wait until the next day.I've never had an issue filling paper prescriptions before. But both individuals behind the counter acted like I was lying about it and wrote the prescription up myself. Mind you, this was a prescription for ANTIBIOTICS, not a narcotic.And again on another occasion I was told a cough medicine for my daughter was "Out of stock everywhere" and that I wouldn't be able to get it no matter what pharmacy I went to. Transferred to CVS and received it the same day.Just more bull from Walmart Pharmacy.

I ended up having to file a complaint with the Florida Board of Pharmacy / Florida Department of Health because of Christine Huynh Van, the Pharmacist here. Refused to fill a prescription because the doctor wasn't local, even though I've had the exact same doctor with the exact same prescription filled at this pharmacy previously. Horrible customer service experience with clueless people.

Can't get my insulin when I need it due to special covid shot hours, pharmacist couldn't make an exception I need my Insulin or I could end up in the hospital or dead ! Time to move my prescription to another pharmacy that puts patients in dire need first.

Most of the employees are nice, but there seems to be an issue with my refills almost every time (out of stock, name brand vs generic resulting in different Med and cost, not notified when ready so I get a call the day the are going to “return it to stock”, etc.) Why can’t they just fill what is ordered and keep the meds in stock. The computer knows when people are due for refills.

I do recommend this store only for the convenience. Most of the employees are super helpful and nice except for this one named Yo-Yo. She has a nasty attitude and is rude. When you address someone you don’t have to with an attitude and that’s what I received this morning when I was at self check out because I accidentally scanned an item twice and I didn’t realize she heard me say that I scanned it twice because she didn’t say anything when I told her so when I said it the second time instead of politely saying ok she gives attitude and says I know.

Not a big fan of this pharmacy, but unfortunately it is the closest one to my house so I find myself here often. My biggest gripe with them is the lousy customer service. The staff is grouchy and unpleasant to deal with. They also take a lunch break and close the pharmacy from 1:30-2, but rarely come back on time. I sat in my car in the drive-thru for about 20 mins only to find out that my medicines weren't ready yet. All in all, just not the greatest experience here!

I like coming to this Walmart because it is a convenient stop for groceries on my way home from work or the gym. The Neighborhood store's make it easier to avoid large crowds by minimizing the type of overhead carried in the store (electronics, clothing, sports equip and such). People show up, get what they need to get and leave. No need to lullygag in the isles for hours on end. Ever since this neighborhood store was Built, I have limited my visits to the Super Walmart to a quarterly basis. They may not have the best selections of produce, seafood and beer but they have just about everything a family will need to make it through the week.

Stopped by the pharmacy for some advice. They looked pretty busy in there with some rude people but the staff acknowledged me quickly and let me know they'd be with me as soon as possible. The pharmacist who was there that day was Christine and she didn't rush me at all even though they looked swamped. She patiently answered all of my questions professionally and politely. Will definitely be back, A+ staff!

I love this Walmart so much I'm in and out all the time except maybe between 430 and 6 after people get off work it's gets a little busy . They also don't always have everything I need or stocked but it's still faster than large Walmart and very Convenient

If you're going to shop just for groceries at Walmart, these neighborhood markets are actually better than going to a super center. This store in particular is one of the nicer WNMs I can recall. It's usually pretty clean and it's surprisingly well-lit. They have a pretty big pharmacy area (as in the medical/personal items selection). One thing that always strikes me as odd here is that the aisles are split up in to two different sections. Sometimes when you're looking for something and you see it on the sign at the end of the aisle, it's actually on the other half. That's a little annoying. Produce selection here is only ok. Not as good as Publix, in fact, it's actually smaller than most WSCs stores. The beer selection is the opposite - much bigger. But if you're looking for craft beer or anything more obscure than Sam Adams or Sierra Nevada you're pretty much SOL. I bought a Magic Hat 12 pack here and the bottles were six months old. They probably got old beer from the wholesaler for cheap. I doubt the box had been sitting there since last summer. One thing I don't like is that there are hardly any human-operated registers. There's like 10 registers, but most are closed and 2 of them are humans and 2 of them are self-checkout. But at least they're full conveyor belt style registers instead of those little mini stands like at WSCs. Also, they do a poor job of wrangling carts in the parking lot. THere are shopping carts EVERYWHERE. Can't say I'm surprised, though. Overall, this is a decent alternative to Publix or Aldi and I'd recommend it over the WSC on 17/92 if all you need is groceries.
