The furniture don't last more then 3 years. We have more then 10 years with you guys and even if I'm late I paid the charges. I' m a old customer and you going to run my credit every time I one to buy something knowing that every time you run the credit to a person that affect the credit. But you people don't care because you win point for running the credits I imaging you guys have some king of competition with each other. I use to work in retailed I know how that's' work. I'm going to do my last payment and not going to buy nothing more from you.

I have one more payment to make… They calls me every single day from the date of my payment that was due until today… I’ve called them three times today to make a payment, and every time I call they put me on hold, and then the call disconnects after being on hold for five minutes… When I called back yelling, the third time, I was told that if you keep yelling at them, they’re not going to take my payment… well if your not taking my payment, pay for it yourself !!!!

I visit the Lake Park store and Ms.Shay was helping me. She was very courteous and kind and everything. Everything was great until delivery. The delivery guys damaged my laundry doors, I contacted customer service they are no help. I still have damage doors and they telling me that the delivery guys didn’t report it and actually do they think the delivery guys are going to report they did damage to someone’s home. I’m very upset and unsatisfied with a delivery.

Franceska was my salesperson and she was amazing. She answered my questions, guided me through choosing my furniture, and made the entire experience as smooth and easy as possible. The financial end of it was just as smooth. There was a great selection of furniture in the store which made for a lot of choices. This is not my first experience with Badcock, and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Thank you, Franceska…and thank you Badcock for providing a great experience.

Thanks to their snap program, and very helpful staff.. I was able to get a new bedroom set for my room and say goodbye to the air mattress. Now I feel like a princess in my room with my beautiful bedroom set! Thank you so much!!

This store has awesome people working here as well as their attitudes to customers. My Family has been shopping with them since they were there which makes me want to continue to shop with them until recently. I purchased a 75' tv from this location for myself and my Autistic nephew on 6/09/22, granted it was shown to me before leaving the store it was re-boxed wrong and put in my vehicle upside down. with screen facing down I got it home carefully open in and plugged it in and screen was cracked. It was too late to call the location, so I did contact the store the following morning and explained sent an email etc. Now on 6/14/22 I heard back from the location, the claim to spoke with office and it's my fault although they re-boxed wrong and loaded incorrectly I have to eat this which is completely unfair. His excuse was because I didn't have a box then he said it appears to be in the area where the foam was, all this time for excuses then they said they could take off the warranty which does nothing. I even tried to negotiate it to the fact they take $400 off the TV, and I'll get it repaired but they didn't want to respond at that point I was willing to pay, even if they lied to me and say well get it repaired and add it to the bill I would've have been ok with that but for the way I'm being treated I want my TV replace negotiating is off the table.
