I took my Honda Accord there to have the bumper repaired, replace / fix all four weatherstrips on the windows, and fix the rear light. Their price was fair and the work exceeded all my expectations. I will bring my truck to them as well. Thank you for not taking advantage of a mother / widow.

Truly disappointed. Horrible customer service. They used to be one of the only reasonably priced shops in the area... I will definitely stop recommending them to people.

Sophie was Great. Estimate took no time, VERY Outgoing, Polite, and Willing to explain. The Estimate was LESS than I expected considering i went to others in my area first!!! The 45 min drive was WELL WORTH THE RESULTS !!!

Unreliable. Unpleasant. Unprofessional. Unhappy with my recent experience. Will never use them again. Save yourself from just plain unacceptable results and find another body shop.

I would give them a zero if I could! Staff there is extremely rude. I've been waiting 3 days for an estimate and had to call again today to see if there was any progress. I asked for Sophia and I was informed by the rude man who answered the phone that her name was sophie. he had an attitude right away and I informed him I was more concerned with my estimate and not the person's name in which he told me her name was Sophi again and that he did care and he hung up on me. I'm wondering if maybe he may have something to do with Sophie other than the workplace. No reason to get that upset and lose business over mispronouncing someone's name. I just started reading reviews about this business and realized that I'm not the only one. This man is extremely rude to people that come there. so when he said that he doesn't care and hung up on me he was telling the absolute truth. I would never do business with people who were extremely slow and rude before I could even get an estimate.

Very happy with my whole experience. Office staff was very friendly, unlike other comments!!They took me right in , worked with my insurance with no problem at all. And the most important the car looks as good as new, if not better!
