This is a stress free buying experience. The amount they quote you by inquiry from email is what they charge. Remember to account for tax, registration and tag. As usual, keep your trade in as your last reveal. I was shopping their used car inventory and got a good deal on a used SUV. They have been in business since 1975 for a reason. I dealt with Derek as my sales rep and David as my finance manager. Both were polite, professional and timely.

The shopping experience was very positive. All people involved were nice and took time to explain the steps. The pricing and financing was clear with no surprising "dealer fees". I didn't feel under pressure to buy anything I didn't want to. I'm yet to see how the car is performing over time and what is the quality of the service they provide, but the shopping experience itself was great. Thanks!

Would recommend going to mullinax Ford. They are customer service oriented. My salesman, Ron butts answered all our questions every time we called him which is about 10-12 times at least he never had an issue with us calling him. If he wasn't available he would always call us back and answer questions. We drove the Amtrak train to his location was about an hour away and he was there to greet us with a smile and in our truck picking us up at curbside to go back to the dealership and sign the papers. In addition he did a solid by setting us up with the Ford pass without even asking. We actually signed the papers 13 months earlier and had to wait until it was built, they still honored the price no added fees to our initial quote. What was written was what we got

I have been using this dealership (Palm Beach Gardens) for service for the past 7 years, and up until a year or so ago, I was very happy with the service - polite, knowledgeable, and excellent communication. I was always well-informed as to what would be done and how long it would take. Then things changed. Whereas previously after service was done, I would receive a follow-up email with a survey. My service advisor always informed me of this survey and hoped he would receive a 5 (out of 5) if I felt it was earned. Then things changed. At first when I came to deal with an issue with my car, I felt it was like an imposition, that I was interfering with someone's social time. This happened a couple of times but today was the very worst. Sometime in October I made a service appointment for some computer issues I was experiencing, and Josh set me up for today (11/8). When I arrived this morning, on time, he asked if I had a ride and I said I would wait. He then said it would take 2-3 DAYS for the work. I asked him why he didn't tell me this when I set up the appointment so I could make plans for a ride/rental, and his answer was: WELL, I'M TELLING YOU NOW. I was shocked and angry and his lack of concern and how he brushed me off with a "don't give a damn" attitude. He also claims he is the service manager, which tells you a lot about this dealership. Such arrogance!I will not deal with this dealership anymore and am giving up on Ford for 2 reasons: lousy service and computer problems I experienced in my 2013 Escape I am now experiencing in my 2016 Escape. So much for progress.

While the sales side was a breeze when I purchased my 2021 Super Duty, the whole situation changed on my last service.I took it in for a check engine light only to be told it was a fuel sensor. While it was there they were to check the misaligned tailgate and the protruding front left fender. 16 days later I was told my truck was ready. I hurried over only to find my Service Advisor left for the day. They delivered my vehicle with only the fuel sensor addressed (in addition to a bad fuel line they found during the process).The other two items were listed as "no work performed". When I inquired about it to two of the other Service Advisors still there, they said, "what do you want from me, I'm not your Service Advisor". I suggest taking Service out of their titles. When I asked to see a manager, the one SA that was indifferent offers up that he's a Manager. Needless to say, nothing accomplished. Repeated calls and messages left for the Service Manager went unanswered. A few days later I get a call from the original advisor telling me to bring it in and he would have the body shop look at it. He further said, "if they don't call you, I will." Four days go by and no call, I called him, after getting yet another unreturned call from the Service Manager. He tells me, my truck is ready. He further added that, "they did the best they could but you know these trucks where the body is mounted directly to the frame, they take quite a beating,"really?Needless to say, I've taking my service to a competing dealer. Great place to buy, have it serviced elsewhere.

First, scheduling a service appointment proved to be a bit challenging. I had to wait for a prolonged 30 days due to a backlog in their service department. When my appointment day finally arrived, I was disappointed to learn that the Ford recall parts I needed were not readily available, resulting in an additional two-week delay. I had to follow up with them three times to expedite the resolution.Despite these service-related inconveniences, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Bobbie and the Mullinax Ford team for their unwavering support in facilitating my purchase. In a sea of dealerships charging fees that are over and above what is necessary to do title work and keep the air conditioner on. Mullinax is straightforward and no fees make it a great experience.I called another dealer and found that the have a $1200 documentation fee. These dealers sell 100 plus vehicles a month. That equates to $120,000 over the profit on the sale, banks pay for loans captured by the dealer and they make money on warranty etc. all that is completely acceptable but adding an additional $1000-1200 is not. I live 8 hours away and will only buy from mullinax

ordered a brand-new truck, truck arrived and had many issues including back glass scratched and front windshield crack. The sales rep took pictures and and wrote all issues down, sent to body shop they documented and took pictures. Made the appointment to have repairs but they would not make good on crack glass nor scratched window in the rear. They said they never saw the damages! Even after showing text messages from the sellers phone! Bottom line they do not care about the service they provide nor that you purchase a $80k truck and then have to buy new windshields and rear windows. will not buy from here again!

Service department is excellent. Tony was able to get the repairs at no cost to me even though my original warranty had expired. Had to wait for parts, but that is supply chain issue, not a Mullinax issue. Never underestimate the value of a good service department.

Ray is the man! He’s extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter. He called around to a few wholesalers to find the best value for our trade. The entire process was quick and painless including the paperwork. Thank you Mullinax - we LOVE our Expedition!

I brought my 2019 ford F250 (that I ordered from here in 2019) in for repair and the service technician caught my truck on fire. YES ON FIRE The service department then lost my rental paperwork to reimburse me for the rental I paid for. Then I was called to come pick up my truck Two months latter after it was repaired. I called to confirm that it was ready to pick up. They confirmed and I drove 45 minuets to pick it. To my surprise it was not ready. I ordered a new truck. We made a deal at that time. when the new truck came in they DID NOT HONER THE DEAL. I have to say that this is the absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a dealer ship.

First, I wanted to give a huge shout out to Shannon Brown.. she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in deciding on which model F250 met my every need or want. She was quick to accommodate. I absolutely love the F250 I purchased . I picked it up in their Orlando location simply because I was excited and didnt want to wait. Although it has some issues, Shannon assured they would be addressed when I brought it to the dealership. The entire dealership team made this a easy stress free process and even gave me a loaner while the issues were resolved. I definitely recommend this dealership.
