Five Stars due to the sole purpose of Pat, Lisa, Nigel and Steve. I had an unfortunate situation with one of the employees, but that is to Lisa and Pat, they were able to assist me with my car issues. Lisa helped to calm me down because I was tearfully upset, and Pat reassured me that hell have this issue resolved. HE SURE DID!! We drove my car together so he could make sure it was truest resolved. I couldn't be more pleased with the care they had of me and my car. Thank you guys!

Brought my Genesis in for service and was immediately greeted by a gentleman I found out to be the GM later on. I was in for a recall and they told me 3 hours to repair but ended up being only an hour and a half. Under promising and over delivering goes a long way. At least with me. Kudos to John the GM and the new service kid for valuing my time. Great job guys!

From the beginning to the end the experience at Napleton's Northlake was amazing. My experience started with a phone call with Joe Ward Sr., a sales consultant at Napleton. The courteous service, knowledge and professionalism from Joe was above and beyond my expectation. Joe spent a few hours with my daughter and I to understand our needs for a new vehicle and our financial boundaries. Joe was very detailed with our options and what would suit our needs. Once we selected a vehicle, Joe Sr. as well as his son Joe Ward Jr. assisted my daughter in the choices she had to pick from with various options. Within 15 minutes my daughter had a 2021 Jeep Renegade she loves, and the financial obligations were within her means, and all thanks to Joe Sr. & Joe Jr. The awesome team of Joe & Joe made my daughter's experience extremely comfortable from beginning to end. Thank you Joe Sr. & Joe Jr. for taking great care of my daughter. You guys rock....

I bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee on January 27th. I test drove it while the packaging was still on the vehicle and loved it, so I got it. When I was playing with the features the next morning I noticed a paint chip on the drivers side door step and notified my sales associate, Shelby Jefferson, immediately and included pictures. (January 28th) Shelby told me to take it to my local dealer to determine if it was a factory flaw or damage from the dealership. I live in Miami so I went to Aventura Jeep. They took pics and sent it to Jeep but confirmed it was dealer damage. I let Shelby know and got a quote from Hollywood Jeep for the fix since they're the nearest approved body shop. They told me only Napleton's can fix it. (But gave me a quote.) I resent an email to Shelby asking what he wanted me to do on Feb. 5th and let him know my availability. He said he would let me know the next day. I never heard anything. We spoke on the phone Feb. 13th or 14th and I let Shelby know that I cannot take a day off work to come, but if he schedules the repair I can drop it off on Saturday the 17th or Sunday the 18th so they can fix it Monday in the shop. We had an entire conversation about how the shop is closed on the weekend but how it can go in Monday and I could hopefully pick it up that evening since I was off for Presidents Day. I drove all the way to West Palm. No one knew I was coming and Shelby was off. There wasn't a loaner available. A manager came to talk and offered step covers. I explained I just want the damage that was caused unpacking the vehicle fixed. He assured me that he would get someone to come to me and trade cars to get it fixed asap. He never contacted me again. (I believe his name is CB, not a manager but a salesman who said he was a manager.) I emailed Shelby on the 18th upset. He called me on the 20th and said we never had that conversation on the phone.... ( I wrote it on my calendar as we spoke.) He texted on the 21st saying that he will have Gary call me in customer relations. Someone other then Gary called, I explained the situation. This new guy said it's no problem he will have someone pick up the car on March 8th (today) and then once it's done I can drive up on the weekend to pick it up. We discussed doing it the week prior but I had plans, a concert and it was my birthday. So, I told him two weeks should be ample time to work out the logistics. He was supposed to call at the beginning of the week to confirm. Guess what? No call. I finally called Shelby to complain yesterday because it seems he's the ONLY person in the company that actually is trying to help me even though it's no longer his job. He offered to get me a loner and take care of it and promised the have Greg call me. (Maybe that's who I spoke with, Shelby wasn't sure.) Guess who never called me? So, someone is supposed to pick the car up today. At this point I highly doubt that's happening. (Update- Didn't happen.) UPDATE: Greg called me on March 9th, I explained it all again to him. He texted his number and said that he will call me on March 12th to schedule someone to come down and bring me a car. He did text on the 12th saying that he's still working on logistics. After that nothing. I texted on Thursday the 15th, Friday the 16th and then again the 19th. No response.

Came to look at a car I saw online. They didn't come off on the price at all, whatever, I wanted it. Once agreed on, it took 4 hours to even get paperwork done (My wife and I got there at 2pm and were still there when they closed). And, the paperwork had the wrong car on it (I caught before signing)!! Add to that the salesperson told me he contacted the previous owner and was getting the second key overnighted to me that weekend - I was very happy. Needless to say, THREE months later, multiple excuses and still nothing. Plus, Dealer Prep is insanely high for a used car. I am pretty easy going, but come on, step it up and don't bulls*t me.
