First allow me to explain why only 3 stars. I went to shop for living room furniture and the saleswoman I got was the worst! Right from the greet at the door she looked bored. This person walked away from me "3" times. The first time she said , I have to get this call.. happens, but it was a long time like 15 minutes!!!! She came back and seemed very uninterested in helping me. Then another phone call, this time she just walked away did NOT say excuse me?? So I questioned her, where did you go? Somewhat abruptly she said I had another!! Then she kept looking at her watch, so I said am I keeping you from somewhere,, and she said , no why, I said because you keep checking your watch. She did not point anything out, I did the pointing and asking and then, phone call number 3! No excuse, no sorry, nothing. When she came back she said why don't you keep looking around and I will be back. ONE HOUR plus, she never came back, so I was walking out and she was sitting down chatting with other sales people. She looked mortified to see me and said, Oh I thought you left. I said No, I was waiting for you to come back. Then when I already found what I liked she tired to show me a couple of other cabinets, and I said I need to think and left. I really wanted to tell her how rude she was, but figured I would not go back. However, On her card were her days off and because I liked the cabinet so much, I purposely went back on her DAY OFF! As luck would have it, I was greeted by a super friendly young man with a big smile. " Xavier Sanabia! "I took my girlfriend with me and I showed them both the pieces I liked. Xavier was knowledgeable, professional, polite, and always happy and smiling. Being in sales myself over 20 some years, there was an old saying, "people like to buy from people they like" and its so true. Xavier did have another couple he was helping at the same time, but he managed us both without missing a beat! He patiently answered my questions so I could decide which couch and which chair, and pointed pros and cons of each. Should you decide to go to Rooms to Go, on Okeechobee Bed., do yourself a favor and ask for this young man, Xavier Sanabia. You won't be disappointed. If this was just about him, I would give him five stars plus! Thank you Xavier for your good service. you're going places , your future is bright. S.Sherwood

This is a hard review to write, because every single person I interacted with from the the salesperson to the customer service representatives (over the phone and on chat) to the delivery folks were extremely professional and very nice. However, when I received my sleeper sofa, it was missing two things: 1) the actual mattress, and 2) holes in the bottom of one side of the sofa so that the legs could put back on. When the delivery staff realized this, they were extremely apologetic and surprised. When I hadn't heard back immediately from RTG to fix the issue, I was already disappointed. Then when I found out that I would have to schedule another person to be at the house to receive a new sofa rather than have it fixed immediately or based on my schedule (I work 40+ hours a week!), I became extremely frustrated to the point that I wanted to return the entire purchase because it seemed like no big deal that two parts of the furniture that make it useable were missing. In the end, I could not have the sofa delivered at my convenience. I had to wait over a week to get a replacement and it was a nerve-wracking and frustrating experience. While everyone I spoke with was awesome, the policies that rectify RTGs mistakes are inadequate, and I will not ever return to use them again.

There customer service is horrible. I purchased a chair which arrived damaged. I called 10 times and the manager never took my call and although the chair was damaged they took forever to refund me. No one had the professional wisdom to ask was there anything to do to correct this. I waited for hours for this delivery only to get nothing. Go elsewhere

Jay was an amazing help to my wife and I when looking for a king mattress. He is a positive, up front and honest salesman, who definitely knows his furniture. If he is not a manager he should be. This store had a great selection of quality beyond our expectations and prices better than the 5 other stores we visited.

Carol may be the worst, most bait n' switch sales woman on that floor. Pathetic!! Saleswoman like her, who deceive your purchasing intentions, are the reason so many people have trouble trusting sales representatives across the board. Shame on her!

I am highly disappointed with the customer service and the bedroom set that I received from RTG. I waited almost 4 months for my bedroom set. When I finally received the furniture, they told me that my mirror is broken so they will have to send me another one. Later on, as I'm inspecting the furniture, I noticed multiple damages and paint errors. In addition, every piece of furniture has stains. I used furniture polished but the stains would not come out. I sent RTG an email WITH photos showing the damages. After a week went by when I didn't receive a response from RTG, I went ahead and called them to follow up. It wasn't until I called them that they told me that I would "receive my mirror on 7/27 and the same person will do the inspection on the damages." They called me yesterday to confirm that RTG will come 8 am to 12 pm. However, I received a text stating delivery will be 12 pm to 4 pm. An RTG tech comes at 7:30 am, before the expected time while I'm still in bed. As soon as I open the door he starts coughing profusely with his mask only covering his mouth. He tells me that he's only here to inspect the damages. I show him the damages and he goes back to his vehicle and comes back and starts spray painting my furniture with my belongings still there. He made the furniture worse than before. Now I have paint drippings on the furniture and red strains on my floors. I told him that I'm not satisfied and I will be calling RTG. He just left nonchalantly without trying to rectify the situation. I called RTG and voiced my concerns and I received the same nonchalant attitude from customer service. She tells me that the tech has to submit his report before they can move forward and I'll receive a response with 5 business day. Since the tech person didn't even bother to take pictures of the work he's done, I don't understand what report he's going to file. So, therefore, see before and after pictures of my furniture. RTG is unprofessional, lacks communication, and is irresponsible by bringing in a sick tech into my home. They do not care about their customers.

I absolutely enjoyed working with my sales person, but when problems arise dealing with customer service is a nightmare. Beyond waiting on hold for 30 minutes to 1 hour they hang up. Received dirty and damaged furniture in March with months to resolve. So far still waiting. Lamps arrived requiring special bulbs that were not included with no specifics on where to get them. I was actually told to take a picture to a Home Depot to find the right bulbs. Furniture looks nice, but the overall customer experience is problematic.

I have been dealing with Rooms to Go since December 2020. I had no problem with my initial orders of furniture for my living room, bedrooms and kitchen and deliveries were always on the day they specified and they were great letting me know the time something was going to arrive. My concerns are with contacting them when there is a problem and my frustration level could not be higher! My first problem was when furniture was delivered in early January. My walls were slightly damaged in the delivery. When I was finally able to reach them with my concern, they said they would get back to me and they never did. 10 days later I had a problem with my glass table when the leaf exploded in the middle of the night. I had to make several phone calls to finally get them to pick it up as soon as they could ( the next day) and did not want a replacement. The salesperson was a little rude to me, explaining it had never happened before and she could not understand why I would cancel the order. When the delivery people came to remove the table, they had a replacement with them ( not knowing I had cancelled the order) and apologized telling me the second table had cracked glass before they even removed it from the truck! My most recent issue has to do with throw pillows I ordered the first week in January. Long story short, they quoted me the wrong price at the store, corporate cashed my check and I still do not have the correct pillows! Attempting to reach corporate, I discovered you can not just call because you will wait on hold for 30 minutes and get disconnected. The recording says you can do a chat online but I discovered that only works if your order was placed online. To get through to them, you need to leave your number and they will call you back. I am now attempting to cancel my order for the throw pillows as they told me about 3 weeks ago I would get a tracking number and still have heard nothing! !

We just recently shopped at Rooms To Go for a couple of loveseats. The store in Boca had a very good display of different styles and options. Our salesman was extremely patient with us and very helpful. We made the purchase and were given a delivery date. This information was further confirmed by Email. Another Email arrived two days before delivery to confirm once again. The day of delivery, we were updated on the web of the approximate time to expect arrival. The next update was a phone call advising us that the driver was 4 minutes from our home. Our furniture was delivered in great condition and set up by the drivers. All in all, it was a very successful and pleasant experience in dealing with this company.

Rooms Togo on Okeechobee and 95 is worst place ever to rent from,they have really bad attitude,they don't wanna help you and take your money and do what they want. I never got my headboards and when call they speak to you like s*** I'm still waiting on screws to one headboard and the other was supposed to be here Dec 11 and it still not here,I'm done.If they don't change they'll be out of business.We're giving you our money for nothing

It's great to have a "Holiday sale" but NOTHING is available for 35-90 days. So much for the HOLIDAYS. I can't express how disappointed I was that my husband went twice to pick furniture, 2 days apart, only to be told in second visit the furniture he chose, in fact most of what was in store was on back order for 35-90 days. I doubt I'll be buying in future from rooms to go
