Within five minutes of being at Schumacher VW I was impressed. Noam was my sales associate, and I knew if I was going to buy a car it would be with him. He was so knowledgeable, and kind. Noam was also very patient, as I had to go back a few times with my baby! He was always easy to contact, and easy to communicate with. The financial assistant I worked with was also amazing! This has been the best car buying experience I have had. My 2024 VW Atlas is perfection and I am so beyond happy with how everything went. Thank you all!

From the minute I walked into the dealership the first time until I left with my new Taos I was greeted with big smiles and hellos from everyone in the building. Tyler was very patient and a great help in walking me through all the necessary steps in buying a new car.

Daniel was amazingly helpful from start to finish! From my initial phone call, he completely understood the urgency of my situation and got me in the following day. I was set to leave the country for a week and he assured me that everything would be completed by the time I got home. I received the notification that work was complete literally a day after I dropped it off, allowing me to completely relax and enjoy the rest of my trip. Communication was on-point and his positive attitude helped make the process easy and enjoyable.

Don Meyers was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and truly looked out for me. Very attentive and didn't make us feel like just a sale. I live in Indiana, but came down for two weeks to fill in for a vacationing colleague. During my last week, suddenly an engine light came on and my car began to drive very poorly. This was a Sunday. On Monday, I called for an appointment, but was told I couldn't be seen until a week from then. I explained my situation and a gentleman named Dan said he'd try to squeeze me in. Not only did he, but I had my car back the same day. It was a great relief and fantastic customer service.

My vehicle had a few issues with some warning lights suddenly appearing. Daniel helped me get an earlier appointment. He kept me informed as to how the issues were being corrected and also coordinated having 4 new tires installed on my vehicle since the vehicle was already at Schumacher service department. As soon as my Passat was ready, Daniel called me so that I could pick up my car and settle my bill. My car was also vacuumed and wash upon my pick up. Daniel is a terrific consultant and asset to Schumacher.

Great experience with service at Schumacher. My Advisor Rob made me feel welcome, was knowledgeable about my vehicle, and addressed all my concerns with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. 10/10 wouldn't service my VW's anywhere else.

Compared to other local car dealerships, Schumacher Volkswagen on Northlake has subpar customer service from start to finish. Braman and Earl Stewart are leagues above in customer care. The Northlake service center does not accept appointments and services customers on a first-come, first-served basis. The service process is a game of who can come in the earliest and quickest.The Northlake center is clearly understaffed and unprepared for the volume of customers seeking routine service on the weekend. When I arrived at the "Express Lane" this morning to request an oil change, I was told there was a 4-hour wait. The staff member I spoke to did not provide any reasonable alternative date to come in for the requested maintenance and instead suggested I simply show up another day at an earlier time. Additionally, there is no manager onsite on the weekends, which means there is no accountability for dismissive staff or recourse for clients who have a poor experience. Without an appointment policy, customers are forced to experience long and unpredictable wait times.When I called the operator to try and make an appointment at the West Palm Beach location (which is not first-come, first-served), I was told there were no open weekend appointments available until October. The service process should not be this convoluted or difficult, especially for a service as routine as an oil change. It is unfortunate that such a highly rated dealership has such a poor quality service center.

Noam Shmueli helped me with my lease. He was very helpful, friendly and quick because I didn't have much time. I left very happy with the experience I had and my new car! I would highly recommend him! :)

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I explained what was wrong with my vehicle, and was never told that I needed to drop it off for a few days until the day of my appointment. I did not have a ride nor a way to get around for three days just to be told there was nothing wrong with it. The car sat in the shop for two days untouched and I was offered a rental for $40 a day. I’m not sure how it makes sense to pay for a rental when my car is just sitting there. I went for an oil change and it could have been looked at all at once in one day. Furthermore, I called to see if I could have an update and the technician was sarcastic and rude. He said it could be 5min, an hour or another day. I have always gone to their West Palm Beach location because I had an awful experience at Northlake. This was the second time they’re thinking that maybe things would have changed but apparently it’s the same chaotic circus. My car is under warranty so of course it’s not a priority when they aren’t making money off me at the service area. Funny during the process of “buying” a vehicle they sell you on the warranty.

Wonderful purchase experience. Noam Schmueli was awesome. He showed us several cars, assisted with narrowing it down to one. He went above and beyond to make us feel confident about our purchase. Coupled with Finance Manager, Steven Handy, it was an excellent experience. They both explained everything in depth and ensured we were good, before moving on to the next topic. We will definitely be returning future customers. Thank you all for everything.
