My background: 18yr AT&T cellular customer. (Won't get into their other "services") Long story, short.. tired of the emotional/psychological TRAUMA of trying "deal" with Ma Bells nonexistent customer service.. Cut to impulse call to T-Mobile at approximately 7:42pm. (Store closes at 8:00pm) T-Mobile, this is ROCKHEEM, how may I be of service? (Basic gist. I think he was a little more polite and sincere) ME: I would like to upgrade three phones and have their numbers ported over from ATT. Can I come now or should I wait until tomorrow? ROCKHEEM: how fast can you get here? ME: three minutes ROCKHEEM: come on down!! ME:(shocked) are you sure? I can wait until tomorrow... ROCKHEEM: no, no.. if you can get here that fast..come. Uhh, do you know where we're located? Etc, etc.. voice smiling and welcoming the entire conversation.. ME: arrive at 7:45pm (store closes at 8:00pm) Another customer was being helped by both T-Mobile employees. Mgr. BRYAN and ROCKHEEM both acknowledged and greeted me upon entry. I asked if I was fast enough..everyone laughed. I had done my "homework". I knew the phones I wanted, the colors, and the plan..had all my credentials and payment at the ready... ROCKHEEM started pushing buttons on the computer... BRYAN and I are now chitchatting .. cyberspace demons converge on internet to slow things down to a crawl.. during this time, one the guys? very delicately asks if I might be a senior? Why yes. Yes I am.. Guys: T-Mobile is running a promotion.. lets do it this way. It should save you even more money, with an even better plan!! ROCKHEEM begins to do more typing. Cyberspace demons are still present and accounted for.. more idle chitchat.. leads to what do you do for work?? ME: I'm an online reseller. Guys: you own your own business?? Me: yes I do. Guys: will you be using any of these phones for business? Me: yes I will. Guys: HAVE WE GOT A DEAL FOR YOU!! Not once, but TWICE!! .. these two gentlemen took it upon themselves to VOLUNTARILY stop what they were doing to save me MONEY!! I would have been pleased as punch with my initial plan. They went way beyond the extra mile to ensure that I had the best possible, most economical, plan possible! Now remember.. I arrived at fifteen minutes before closing... with a big request. Any other establishment would have flat out said "we close in 15 minutes. You will need to come back at another time." Two hours later.. (after closing time) without me having to beg, borrow, or whine for some kind savings.. ( you know those savings...that are coming straight out other companies employees pockets) I left T-Mobile with three brand new phones, an unbelievable plan, and free Netflix tossed in the mix.. for less than what I was paying for basic cellular.. smh.. The smile still has not left my face! I will be a T-Mobile customer for life! Again, ROCKHEEM and BRYAN THANK YOU BOTH FOR ALL THE TIME and KINDNESS you bestowed upon me!! Sincerely, Annie Jackson

Andrene, Alex and Wes are the best. Customer service is absolutely A1..... if you want professionalisms along with a piece of mind this is the place to get it done. Every question is answered in detail. They don't get frustrated with your repeated questions. Thanks a lot for your exceptional service. Def recommend

The guys who work at this store are absolutely amazing. My partner and I were switching from Boost and AT&T, and we hit with problem after problem, including issues with unlocking our phones and frozen credit checks. Through all 3.5 hours of trying to put out fires, Chris, Rockheem, and Rohn were patient and constantly helping us find solutions and discounts for our troubles. Honestly never had friendlier service from people so willing to help. My partner has an awesome new S9 and we both have a much cheaper, much better plan. Love you guys, thanks so much!

These guys worked extra hard to help me get service started. Took 3 hours! (Not their fault, issues with errors from my credit reporting company and prior cell phone provider.)
