Today I went to pick up my SECOND not first script of misoprostol due to a horrible miscarriage. (The first dose taken last week the baby unfortunately did not come out) so when I went to pick up the misoprostol and pain medication the pharmacist was so rude. She said there was no others scripts there for me besides the misoprostol (which can also be used as an abortion medication). After My doctor called in 3 prescriptions for me yesterday morning and received a text notifying me they were ready for pick up. It seemed as if she was being so extremely rude and not helping me because of what I was picking up because the second she saw what it was she started be very rude, unhelpful and just nasty. Even if it was for an abortion although it wasn't, it's really not her f****** business and she should've continued doing her job accordingly. I doubt in her job description it said to judge customers and treat them poorly because of your personal views on something. My boyfriend then had to run to the ob who said my medicine was in fact called in (we already knew that) , get a paper script, bring it back to Walmart and then they said it wouldn't be done until tomorrow..mind you I was prescribed all of these meds last week. The same ones and none of this "needing a paper script" and all of that wasn't a thing. I'm just blown away honestly. I will not by any means be coming back here or ever telling anyone to fill their medication here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO REFILLING PRESCRIPTIONS ‼️‼️‼️ I HAVE TO CALL REPEATEDLY TO HAVE THEM REFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS AFTER THEY TEXT ME TO REPLY YES IF I WANT TO REFILL. I’VE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS PHARMACY FROM DAY ONE ‼️I WOULD’NT RECOMMEND USING THIS PHARMACY. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO FIX SOME ISSUES THEY HAVE GOING ON!!!

I called about a prescription and gave the wrong birthday for my mother. I kept telling the technician which is most likely the girl with glasses and a tattoo on her arm that I picked up medications there the day before, but she kept saying try the Walmart on 45th st. She hung up the phone on me which is so unprofessional. I called back to speak to the Pharmacist and the technician told the pharmacist someone was in the background yelling, that person in the background yelling was my mother who was cramping because her potassium is low. My mother has an unique french last name, so even though I got her Bday wrong she shouldn't be hard to find in the system. Technician also lied That it was me that hung up the phone. I see other reviews on here about customers being hung up on, so I know she is lying. That technician is so unprofessional and rude, I blame the Pharmacist in charge also for allowing the technician to behave in such a way.

So freakin rude. Went to the counter and asked about eye care. All she did was tell me that it was around the corner. No offer to help, inquire or even smile. I asked her if she had this type (showed her what the doctor put down) and all she said was around the corner. This Walmart is a shithole. They treat their customers and employees like crap. Most customers at this store are minorities and the difference in customer service from the location compared to the one on Indiantown road is telling. Shameful! Most all people I see in here are nice, fun and just want a good shopping experience.

I wish I could give them -40. I'm currently still waiting for my prescription and it's been 1 HOUR & 45 MINS. I would've went home and not have walked around the store if I knew it would be this long. Terrible. Clearly the head Pharmacist with the glasses has no idea what he's doing. Straight dumb*sses.

I was told to wait 20 minutes then I came back and then told to wait another 15-20 minutes , I waited in line 3 times . First to let them know I'm picking up my prescription , then to go over to the drop off window (I have no idea why) I stood there while she typed,then I was sent back to the line to pay for the prescription , and then sent over to the "consultation" to physically get it in my hand. Very bad process , this was not thought out very well. I spent an hour doing all this . Not happy, I had somewhere to be .
