Never experienced such a lack of customer service. I was literally told “you need to get your children”. By the rude cashier who gave us nothing but stank looks the whole time we were in the store. She had a huge issue with my children sitting in the childrens chairs they had in the front of the store and playing with the toys they had for sale. She followed us from aisle to aisle babysitting us because she didn’t like how my children touched things. Needless to say we will NEVER be returning here.

Be careful they skimming debit/credit card bought a clipper there gave the lady my card she walked off to process my transaction heard her swipe my card twice ask why she said it didn't go thru the first time? Next morning get a text from bank someone attempted two transactions for $99 shady employees

Firstly, when u walk in, no one smiles. Next, you have to ask for help because no one comes to ask if they can assist you. Also, I know and understand that it's a Haitian owned business but the workers don't speak English very well and don't seem to understand it that well either. Lastly, every time I go in or even my daughter they look at you like you're invading their privacy and I definitely don't appreciate that at all. Years ago I used to like going there but it has gotten worse. Now I'm going to shop at the 'big box' hair store although its further away! Thank you

Rudeness and unprofessional-ism are overwhelming. This place sucks with customer service and quality of goods. When you walk in, do not be surprised if there are women holding conversations at the front of the register. They won't greet you, but at one point they will have another person follow you around the pack and unorganized store. This person will never even ask if you need any help, just tag along like another shadow. When I finally turn to her and ask for help looking for barrettes that could be used with a veil she tell mes that they don't carry those items. Less than 3 minutes later I will find them myself. Unfortunately the cheap item's cost match the quality. Individually wrapped items show dusty shelve age. Meh. I've experienced better.

This store right here? Is over rated. Literally. Store hair quality products are not even good. Oh also guess what? No returns. For example; if you buy something, and decide you changed your mind and brought it back. Not even having your purchased item in your hand for more than 15 minutes, not even taking it out of the bag, or container or anything. You can't return it at all! I've been to high quality hair shops in Fort Lauderdale & Miami who I return items from 30 minutes of purchase and this store who's just a neighborhood beauty shop wouldn't accept it. When the item was just bought a couple minutes ago. Ridiculous. I'll be telling my friends, family and co worker about this place. Thank you for your service

Just want to say excellent job whoever manage this store, since I've been shopping on this store for more than 5 years the management prove the excellent service to the customers. keep doing a wonderful and magnificent job guys. GOOD JOB AGAIN

This store is DISGUSTING. i say so because Beauty Supplies plus sells products that have been expired for over 7 YEARS. the majority of their products are old and mishandled, dusty and dirty. It is clear that the customers do not keep proper maintenance in the store itself. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. Customers are lazy and insubordinate, they seem as if they are mad at the world and express their anger with a monstrous attitude toward their consumers. Coming to Beauty Supplies Plus would NOT be a smart idea and buying anything from their shelves would be a MORONIC act to do.
