Went to pick up a moving truck I reserved and paid for. Upon arrival the store couldn’t locate the truck and couldn’t offer any other trucks because they’re out of commission. Completely unorganized and messed up moving day.

Biggest problem is that they do not accept tap payments...Apple pay or Google wallet or Samsung wallet...my bad should have checked before going there...had leave a cart full at the checkout....jeez after I spent nearly 3 hours there...jeez.

HOME DEPOT GIVE MARTINEZ A RAISE RIGHT NOW!!! HE HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH WITH A PLUMBING PROBLEM THAT I HAD VERY FAST AND FOUND ME THE PART I NEEDED GOD BLESS THAT MAN I NEVER HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AT ANY HOME DEPOT BUT THIS ONE!!!! 10 STARS!!!!

It’s not the best store. The employees need new uniforms and training. For example: Ivory needs a new apron and a change of clothes (sorry, there’s a smell and unsightly look), Andy needs a change of clothes (same thing). If they’re working, they should look professional, and not wearing tattered uniforms and clothes

I frequent this Home Depot and always get excellent customer service from Melissa in the Garden Department. She's very knowledgable and friendly. Melissa goes out of her way to make sure the customer isn't just satisfied, but happy! :)
