I have been to this Starbucks more than 100 times and while I love the people that help me at the drive-thru, I would say 35% of the time they get my drink wrong.

The people are great, no issues with item quality, but the drive through is extremely slow. Not sure what the issue is here, because it seems they always have enough staff during peak hours.
