An outstanding experience with Mitchell Collision now Crash Champions. A great staff run this facility. Service and follow up is all 5 star. Quality of work completed is also 5 star. All the details were covered by the team. Could not ask for anything more, and would obviously recommend this group for any type of body work on your auto!!

Let’s face it, getting into a collision and the aftermath of working with your insurance company is a hassle and requires great patience. However, the team at Crash Champions Land O Lakes provides quality repair work and they brought back my X5 to its original condition. I’m very thankful for this team and wish them continued success in the future.

Changing my review from 5 starts to 3 starts after 9 months of having a car. My car paint doesn’t hold.. The paint lacks clear coating on the hood. I even consulted with other shop. Every little nick gets it to the metal… I asked the center if they would be willing to look at it or suggest any solution. The reply was, it’s normal. I don’t want to repaint my hood less than a year. It adds to costs that I incurred in the first place when choosing a premium shop.. I already have about 15 deep nicks.. (see pics below)
I want to be objective. The shop works efficiently, it has great front line staff, and does quality work of replacing damaged parts.

This company probably changed their name to hide the old bad reviews. Re posting because the owner took my insurance check to repair my Tesla, waited for months for a battery replacement that was never going to get shipped because they were not authorized to work on batteries, had to have my car towed from Tesla after sitting in a lot for months to get fixed in a day, they had to send money from the insurance check they cashed months prior to have it fixed. My private info/ phone/ email/ etc on Realator websites to have 1 million realtors call, text, email and spam me non stop which still goes on. Total D move bud. Guess we know why the company name changed lol.

We had a fantastic experience getting our X5 repaired here. Everyone on staff is highly professional and took the time to communicate expectations, timelines, and progress throughout the entire process. The final repairs and paint job were factory flawless. Couldn’t recommend this location more highly.

Today I stopped into Mitchell Collision thinking I needed to have body work done. Elio came out to look at my car. He took it back to have one of the guys to take a look. I am so sorry I can’t remember his name off hand. I was pleasantly surprised that it was much easier and faster than I could have imagined. Elio was so personable and really went above and beyond. I can’t recommend or thank Mitchell Collision enough it seems to me everyone there plays an important part.

These guys are amazing, they took great care of my car and provided top notch customer service and communication. Often times when you entrust your car to a place for a repair, you don’t know exactly what you’re going to get. With Mitchell, it was a zero stress experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. I had a car hit my car and Mitchell Collision handled the insurance company issues. They went above and beyond to make sure I was given what I was owed from the insurance company, even though the insurance company fought me at every step. I would highly, highly recommend this company. They have an amazing staff and I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me.
