My review is regarding the company YouFit and not the particular gym where I was a member. I signed up for a 6-month personal trainer and after one month, cancelled. I should have never signed up-big mistake! The contract said I had to pay 50% of the contract cost, which I did for three month-no complaint. But they continued to charge my account in month four and month five. Customer service says they don't start counting 50% payment amount until after the 30-day notice-in this case after month two, so essentially they are charging me for the 5/6 of the contract. The contract doesn't say that. In fact the manager at the gym agreed that 50% of the contract was all I had to pay.I have spent more time than I should on this mess. I learned my lesson: never, never sign up for personal trainer at YouFit unless you intend to stick it out. I've learned the hard way that this company does not care about its customers.I am disappointed with customer service and YouFit. I do not recommend their contract services to anyone.

It's convenient for where I live only being like about 10 minutes away. The usual person,Kaden,I see in the mornings is great! This new guy they hired the past 3 weeks late! The gym opens at 5 and he shows up past 6 every Wednesday! For the most part it's clean, but sometimes I'll see something that should be taken care of more. Staff besides the guy who is SUPPOSED to open on Wednesdays are productive and cool

Love this gym. Has everything I need to workout. They have group classes and personal trainers who show you how to use the equipment and how to exercise the proper way.

Wish there was a zero star option. Cancelled my membership 4 months ago with the 30 day written letter and everything (I moved up to the northeast US) .. still getting charged every month. Nevermind the fact that my original gym in Carrollwood was shutdown. Typical commercial gym fashion, they’ll keep on robbing you.

I originally wanted to cancel my plan when everything shut down in 2020 I was told I must come down in person. Then a couple years later they shut down & transferred me to another location. I moved 1300 miles away. I called and said oh just email the cancellation request. They said they cancelled it in September 2023 for both me and my husband. We are still getting monthly charges.

Was told I could cancel any time when signing up. Turns out that was a lie. Gyms in general have a reputation for this but I had never seen it in person before.

Called up there to speak to the manager had the not so privilege of speaking to Lisa, I asked to be transferred over and over again because of my past experiences with Lisa, 7 plus times she finally took the message after having to explain to Lisa why I did not want to deal with her, she just doesn't say please and thank you, and had talked down to me in the past addressing me to close their broken refrigerator door again never a please or thank you asked her not to take it personal and to just to have the GM call me.Minutes later Lisa called me to again ... tell me her manager would call me back, while trying to justify her actions so I lost it. I didn't want to deal with Lisa that was made clear to Lisa before she took it on herself to call me back after the uncomfortable conversation we had minutes early.The GM finally called never asked my side of it so I asked to cancel cancel my account.

Beware. They shut down my Tampa gym, assigned me to the Lutz gym 30 minutes away without notification. The day before they closed the gym they arbitrarily charged me 6x my monthly fee. Management will not return phone calls, the phone number for billing is offshore and useless. Absolute SCAM. Notifying State of Florida so others are not harmed.

Good gym. Not the biggest, probably not the best... but has exactly what I need & it's not crowded. Used their personal Trainer for 4 months & I have seen significant improvements. I would recommended some of you try them. (But not all of you so it doesn't get too crowded! )

Gym is nice and it has all of the essentials, its never horribly crowded which is nice so you can actually get a proper work out. Staff also is nice and the gym itself is clean too. I would recommend coming here.

Decent gym. Everything you need to workout, nothing missing. Staff is always nice. 4 stars because they closed for a super extra long time during covid (other gyms opened months earlier than YouFit), and they close on non-important holidays such as Juneteenth.
