They don't carry plus sizes. And one lady was very rude on the phone. She said, "What are you trying to do? Full up your closet with our clothes? I was not aware that you could only use these services once and ever come back. Very unprofessional for sedditty women. Also they are racist and you have no say so on they clothes. But what goes around comes around.

I just called to get try to get something for and NEW interview. I could not get a word in. The lady was completely rude and disrespectful. I was unaware that you can only be dress by the once and never come back. The remake she made as if I am trying to get the closet full up with there clothes. That was totally not even the case. These women are very sedditty and very judgemental. If you do not already have money do not come here. I will be failing a formal complaint and if more action is need I will do so.

Hours of operations are extremely limited, only 10am to 4pm, which is sad given that many other non-profits work full time and do everything in their power to accept donations. They only take donations on a specific day of the week, I booked my appointment with plenty of time in advance, scheduled that day off at work, and then got a call three weeks before my appointment cancelling and trying to move all appointments to a different day that same week that my appointment was cancelled. A bit disrespectful and when I expressed this I was told "I'm sorry... next time" in a few words, and I was interrupted a few times to not let me express my complaint. I said next time I will go somewhere else, and truly this institution has lost credibility in my eyes without ever even having a chance to donate to it. I hope they at least don't do this to their beneficiaries, and are at least respectful of their time, since they really don't show much respect for donors. I was donating beautiful, almost new, expensive, great quality, professional, designer clothes, which I will be taking to Goodwill (always ready to receive donations) or the Salvation Army.

I cannot laud Dress for Success enough. If I should express my joy and respect, I could write a few pages. First of all, thank you for honoring Palm Beach teachers gratis as part of your recognition of what we do and who we are.I went there expecting to be outfitted with a couple of used items. From the time I walked into the building, it displayed a super clean place exuding a professionally welcoming atmosphere. As I entered their suite, I was greeted by two beautiful women who introduced themselves politely and one of them guided me to this beautiful, organized, high-class boutique. The clothes are mostly high-end quality super clean, and well-organized. I have shopped at Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue and believe me, this venue gives them a run for their money. I walked out with beautifully fitted clothing and all-inclusive accessories, including shoes. That is not all.The program itself helps women prepare for entry into professional employment. The staff women coach, teach, encourage, and inspire women from start to finish. The director, Mrs. Fletcher possesses this easy-going quiet strength that trickles down to the rest of the organization. Thank you, thank you, thank you.Ladies, if you are looking for a place to donate your time, resources, and heart this is it! Companies that are seeking a non-profit to pour support and know that your resources will be used to empower women, this is it.Ladies, thank you for making me feel like a queen for an hour or two. May God bless you and the work of your hands!Linda

This place helped my niece years ago with clothing, shoes, and even some money to help her get by until she got a job. I now donate to them.

This place is amazing! I went in for Teacher Appreciation Day. The personal stylist listened yo the kind of work I did and chose the perfect outfit for my body type. They were honest about what was flattering on me and what was not. They chose something that was stylish and functional. I highly recommend them. These ladies know what they are doing.

Was dissatisfied not with the help and not with array of clothes. Only I am hard to fit and I settled for outfits that are not my style. The jewelry and purses also shoes were terrific.

What amazing work they do here helping women from the inside out. Not only will they help dress women for success, they help with preparing for interviews, writing resumes and even have a road to success program.

Almost 2 years ago I came for help because I needed special professional petite size large black dresses shoes and blazers for a job in high end retail and the ladies were amazing! I not only would go back to them again and highly recommend them but I even donated over 30 bags of plus size fashionista clothing and shoes that belonged to my late Mother. Some of the clothes still have the tags on them. I hope my Mom's clothes I donated help many plus size women feel as elegant, beautiful and glamorous as she had felt. Women of all shapes and sizes should feel beautiful. It was my Mom's mission to always be well dressed and put together at every size and stage in her life. If her clothes go on to help other plus size women feel gorgeous and confident that is the goal.

I had two lovely and fashion savvy ladies attend to my every need by selecting blazers, pants(I'm tall which is a small feat in itself), blouses, shoes(size 11/12 yet another challenge) and even jewelry! I felt like a princess and they made me feel so special inside and out! There was so much enthusiasm and fun with this entire experience. Another attendant had overheard that I ride a scooter to work and she came in the room with the perfect over the shoulder body purse as I cruise along. There was a volunteer there as well who joined in and celebrated all my Dress for Success ensembles. Thank you all.

The ladies were fabulous, most of the clothes still had tags on them and they had clothes for most sizes. I'm a full figured lady and they had things for me and some things for those more full figured then me which was great.
