We purchased a reclining leather love seat and sofaa week ago. Our salesmen, Paul and Bart were great to deal with along with the Mgr., Amanda. The Delivery men were on time and courteous. We had looked at several furniture stores and felt the quality of furniture along with the customer service at the Largo location were top notch. Thank you!

UPDATE 6/7/23 the frame is trash currently buying a metal frame from Amazon that comes with foot board and headboard for under $300. I should’ve did that to began with, I’m making payments on a bed frame and headboard I’m no using because the quality SUCKS!!! Spoke to customer care 6/9 and they told me it’s nothing they can do. Will you won’t see a dime of my money!I bought a $1075 headboard and bed frame from them two months ago let’s just say it’s trash. The supplies they provided to hold the bed up are very cheap and keep slipping causing the mattress to create a dip in the middle. I really regret buying it and should’ve just bought a $200 metal bed frame.

My experience at the largo location was excellent. Associates Bart and Amanda were very knowledgeable and polite and patient with me as I couldn't decide if I would be making a purchase. It went well and I got the item I was looking for. Keep up the Great work

Three years ago I bought a reclining loveseat and sofa from Badcock in Largo, Fl. Furniture is not bad, but be aware.....They will tell you "Buy the furniture protection plan, and if you don't use it within 3 years, you will get the cost of the plan back." LIES, LIES, LIES!!!! You will only get your "money back" via buying more furniture, minimum if $299. I am NOT in the market for more furniture, so, why would I spend over $300 in order to get $199.60 back? Customer service will not work with you and will not refund YOUR money you work for and spent in their store. BE AWARE of that scam before you purchase the protection plan. I will never shop there again. There's many more furniture stores around that I can go to in the future.

Fortiva Credit is a no go, Adding interest upon interest. My balance was 900 dollars I put 250 toward that and still got hit with a 25 dollar interest fee... SCAM!! This location may say they no longer accept badcock store credit.. I say they are lying to the colored people. WHEN I AGREED TO GO WITH FORTIVA CREDIT I WAS TOLD IF PAID OFF IN FULL WITHIN 6 MONTHS I WOULDN'T OCCUR ANY INTEREST.. DUDE LIED FOR THE COMMISSION. AND HIS BOSS STOOD RIGHT BESIDE HIM AND LISTENEDI LOVE MY TABLE!!will not be shopping Missouri Ave again

We purchased a two seat recliner at this location & purchased the warranty that they provided at the time for the the chairs…four months ago the chair broke & we have called the warranty company several times only to get no response from them…we reached out to the store & told they could not do anything….excuse given was the supply chain line delay….but meanwhile the chair is have usable & no one wants to help make things right….I recommend not purchasing from this location or even not purchasing the warranty they provide.

The customer service was excellent. The Financing Department was very professional and courteous. My online account wasn’t working correctly and the Customer Service Rep remained on the phone until my account was fixed! Thanks for going the extra mile!
