Used this insurance agency over 10 years for my homeowner's insurance. I called every year at renewal time begging what I could do for discounts.She never once told me about getting a wind mitigation inspection , which I only found out about when I called around other insurance agencies and they told me about this over the phone!This little inspection saved over $1,000 a year. That's over $10,000 in premiums I shouldn't have had to pay if they had a professional agency! Boo on you guys,BEWARE Pinellas county residents

I don't know where to start. I can say that Rachael and all who work at Harr & Associates are incredible. If and when you call everyone you interact with are extremely friendly and helpful. Rachael is knowledgeable, sincere, and makes you feel like a priority in the middle of her busy day. She assisted me quickly each and every time. I just can't say enough about them. If you're looking for an insurance company for your home they are the ones to go to for the honest truth.

I needed liability insurance for my unit before moving in. I have been trying to get insurance through another source and they never answered the phone or got back to me. Eventually took 2 weeks to send me a quote. I shopped around and got a hold of Kristie. Kristie was an outstanding help!!! She was so sweet and kind over the phone and made my situation a priority. I received a quote in literally 3 minutes. She even went the extra mile and emailed everything to my landlord so I didn’t have to lift a finger. Best customer service I think I have ever experienced anywhere. Thank you so much Kristie!

Kristi Mores is the best! After our inspection, it was determined we needed to replace our electrical panel box or the insurance company would not renew our policy. We have a commercial building. She has responded to every email and answered all our questions promptly. We have been with this agency for several years and always find their service exceptional. They're honest and always make us feel like we are well taken care of.
