I had been coming to this bike shop for over a year and I will never take my e-bike or mountain bike to any other place. Great service, Mike knows what is he doing, great service and affordable prices. Mike have a lot of knowledge about bikes. Great job guys.

Amazing service. Brought my bike in because the chain popped off and Jose went above and beyond. Fixed it on the spot! Plus tightened up the brakes and other maintenance. Great prices! Great service!

I took my bike there to get it back working again and man let me tell u something. They did more than i expected. My bike went from doing 25 mph to 35mph. U guys are the best.. Thks Jose and Mike u guys are awsome ..

Sad to have to rate it 1 star but I have no choice! Their communication is awful! Unresponsive and a pain to get timelines. I think they ultimately messed up my electric when my button to engage second motor got stuck AFTER I brought it over for a tire change. Jose makes a lot of promises and has terrible short term memory! Very sad! If you need a tire change sure come here but you’re dealing with people that are not good at service! What a pain! AVOID! No way Jose!

Went in to have my hydraulic brakes fixed and they really did a good job.
I was impressed by the neatness of the place and the friendly professionalism of the guys.
After going to a couple of local wannabes, I'm glad there's this place around for electric bikes!

On vacation for two weeks thought it would be nice to have a ebike for five days. So glad I rented from them ..the first bike had a flat first time I rode it and i was stranded a mile from home they immediately came out with a new bike. The bike was in great condition had a throttle if I got tired peddling, and was so convenient not having to worry about parking, especially along the beach.. The staff is very kind and they have a cute Chihuahua.. I’ll definitely be renting again from them my next trip to the area.

i originally had a great experience. they changed a motor for my dual motor aniioki a9 great job and so far no issues. but i needed a tire changed on my nephews ebike and i was offered a used tire for 60 bucks and a labor charge of a 100! all in all 180 befire a tip. So i buy 2 tires and tubes for 67 bucks and hav e my nephews dad change it out for him. These guys are good but they do have a break down in service, customer service. I was so happy to have someone near by but more $ then I want to spend for pretty str8 forward fixes! In a nut 6 out of 10 is my rating. Again a good shop but maybe stick to your labor costs posting!

I bought my BIG CAT E-Bike from Jose on June 13. I trusted this guy, paying him cash for the entire package, which included a better, long-lasting battery. The extra cost of the battery was $350 which Jose gladly collected.
It’s Sept 2, 2024 today and I still haven’t received it. Jose is great at delivering one thing: lip service. The situation is ridiculous, how he’s treating me. Never answers my e-nails, nor texts. Very unprofessional.
I worked retail for 35 years and would never dream of misleading someone for almost 3 months, constantly telling them next week, next week…
Do NOT come here for anything unless he gives you what you pay for at that moment.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Great prices on bikes, easy rentals, and a couple of really cool dudes who run the shop. I'll definitely rent from here again next time I'm in town.

Called the shop on Friday asking if they would pick up my bike to repair a flat since I don't have a car big enough to transport it and I live less than 3 miles away. The shop said no problem, they would pick it up on Saturday. Waited all day Saturday for a call, never received one, so I called at the end of the day and they said they forgot and would pick it up Sunday. Totally fine with me. Waited all day Sunday for a call and never received one.I don't care if you don't want to pick up my bike, as I understand that's probably not a service you usually provide and you're busy. But don't tell me you're going to pick it up then never call me, wasting both Saturday and Sunday of my weekend because I sat at home all day waiting for you.
