Navalin beckford is amazing and one of a kind!!!! Phenomenal customer service. This person goes above and beyond and remembering your name. Creating a safe space for people to do business! Treats everyone with respect and kindness even when customers are being rude ! I wish the world has more people like her! Make her manager she does go above and beyond! Worst company ever stay away they will purposely overfly your account and they won’t do anything to help you solve the problem,do y’all selves a favor and stay away after 14 years with them I’m going to Wells Fargo it’s time for a new beginning

I have been going here for years even not the team but today I feel like I was being ignored by the tellers on a question that I asked. They hired new people which I don’t know who faces they are.they walked away from me as if they didn’t see me. I will never be going back to this bank ever again.

After waiting 15 min while they helped one person. They asked me if i had an account to exchange quarters. Which i found absolutely ridiculous because why would i need an account in order to exchange $10 worth of quarters. Lack of customer service. What would having an account have to do with exchange cash for quarters??

I left two messages a couple weeks apart for bank manager Margaret. I needed to open a special account for an estate. BecauseI didn’t receive a return call I decided to go to the bank. Upon arrival at this location there was only three customers waiting. Very slow traffic of customers, two on the teller line which was moving smoothly and one waiting to speak with the bank manager (Margaret).The person waiting for bank manager said he’d been waiting for some time. About 25 minutes after we talked he decided to leave. I then asked the teller if Ms Lloyd ? working and unfortunately she was not. So I continued to wait for about 15 minutes and asked for a contact to another location but no answer. I sat in the parking lot and was able to book an appointment for another bank (Chase).I’m considering closing my accounts at Truist.

I’ll never do business with this bank ever again. I’m trying to diversify my investment portfolio and opened up 3 separate accounts with this bank. I had a little trouble logging into my mobile banking app and was advised to go to my local branch for assistance. When I sat down with the lady and told her my issues about my mobile app she gave me a phone number to call their collections dept advising I have an outstanding balance due from an old account I had with them. I found it very odd and questioned how I was able to close out an account with a balance still there? With no explanation she shrugged her shoulders. When I initially set up those account I added money into all three of them as initial investment. The banker advised there was no deposit. In frustration with their customer service 800 number unable to help or the banker unable to help - I politely asked the banker to close out my accounts and she did very promptly. After leaving I called to resolve the issue about the balance I owed in which their collections dept advised I had no balance at all & apologized for being misadvised. So their customer service 800 was useless and so was the banker I sat down with. On top of everything, I had to call my bank back who confirmed my deposits went through went through a dispute to get my money back. Much running around and time wasted. I called the banker back and told her she gave me inaccurate info and I had no balance. She said she would do some due diligence and call me back - which she never did. Very shortly after I took my business to another bank who made the process seamless and very transparent. Do yourself a favor and do business with any other bank besides Truist! More specifically, this location.

Poor service at this location, second time I stop by , it’s always only one lady from branch leader that helpings customer, and 5 banker chairs is empty, and 6 customers waiting for service
