To start with I had a 1:00 pm appointment, which I was on time for, and did not get seen until 1:25 pm. I was not told that the fee went up to $495.00 as opposed to 260.00 last year until my taxes were finalized. The preparer could not alter the fee and had to wait for a supervisor which took another half hour. I did not complete my appointment until 2:45 pm. I thought it was total price gouging and this will be the last year using this company.
