I’ve bought from this store before never really had an issue with their pricing. I just bought a bottle of crown blackberry today and paid almost double the price compared to other liquor stores. I do understand supplying demand but just to make an extra few bucks and taking advantage of the situation I don’t agree on. Other than that nice place to get liquor from.

Beware! Sky high prices!! They charge $110 for a $35 bottle and $600 for a $90 bottle. Come here if you want to support greedy business practices.

I purchased the wrong bottle of liquor and tried to exchange it 2 days later unopened and with receipt. Store has no return or exchange policy for any reason. Seems a bit short sighted... I'll take my business to another liquor store the future.

They closed the doors as they saw us walking up, it was 9:51. Store is to be opened until10:30? EDIT since the response was left as it was, we were walking up and you waved us away from walking up. There was no sign. You saw us and waved us to not come in. So now they are liars also.

Update: still hasn’t been resolve, if I’m under 21 or appear to be how is it that I was sold alcohol wanyway , several different occasions.? If that’s the case you broke the same law you speak of . Can provide the bottles and receiptsUsually love the staff and customer service at this store but yesterday I was denied service because my gender appearance didn’t match my gender on my ID . When I asked to speak to someone and in charge I was argued with and called slurs also denied contact info to the owner or a name of employee. Highly disappointed. My face matched the face on the ID my age is 21 , I went as far as to confirm what his issue was buy asking “because appearance doesn’t match the gender?” I said I am in transition and asked to speak to someone in charge , I was refused that and called slurs and argued with. I have a bought from this store several times , have a Receipt from last month .When I called this morning to speak to someone in charge I was called a liar

The short old dude is very rude everytime I go there he is very short and have a attitude. I went in to make a purchase. He kept purposely making the machine not work for my card. So I walked down to Publix atm got cash out to complete my purchase. When I came back I mentioned to him that he is rude to me for no reason when I go there. He took the items I picked up to buy and gave me my money back because I brought it to his attention about his rudeness. I have never seen and business take the truth like that. Usually business employees will apologize and go on about their day but he didn’t want me to purchase from there from jump street hence why he kept not letting my card through. Me and a few family members just moved in town I wil definitely be telling anybody and everybody I know and don’t know not to patronize with this guy. There is a liquor store a block over on Lee Blvd in a small plaza.Update: after reading the guys response. I have never been kicked out of any store in my entire life. I literally just go into a store make a purchase then leave. Their would be absolutely no reason for me to be kicked out. That’s just a lie you made up because you know you’re wrong. Instead of simply apologizing.. you rather argue back and forth with a customer. Why would I suggest the next store over if I was “kicked out” That is very very sad to conduct a business the way you do. Also I don’t have to smile…… there’s no law anywhere stating that someone have to walk around smiling. Very terrible customer service and now a liar. Smh

The owner is a thief. I bought a bottle of Peach flavored Crown Royal for $53.24 and realizing a few hours later that it sells for $28 in other stores. I returned it the next day, she refused to give me a refund. Price gouging at it's best.
