I had the pleasure of working with Roger, Customer Service Team Leader at the Lee Boulevard Publix on July 22, 2024. Roger went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with a defective Amazon gift card I had purchased at the store. He was very professional, extremely knowledge and delivered excellent customer service and follow through. Thank you!
