I appreciate the responsiveness Tiffany provides! She helped us save on our homeowners insurance and has gone above and beyond in dealing with a difficult vehicle situation. When we made the switch to Allstate, we did so after Dave spent a half hour sitting down with us going over exactly what the coverage would look like. It made leaving our previous company an easier decision. I also love being able to have a local person to call vs. depending on a corporate center where people have no idea who you are!

We are not appreciative of David's unprofessional and condescending attitude. No one should have to deal with someone so rude when dealing with matters as important as insurance. Very grateful to have found an agent elsewhere who is polite, professional, and a delight to work with.

All insurance companies are not alike. Nor all insurance agencies and agents alike. I point this out simply because I have experience with others in the past but the David Mitchell Agency is simply outstanding. I have never had better service, a more complete understanding of my coverage or a more proactive agency than with the David Mitchell Agency. I can say this with authority as I am a former customer of USAA for more than 30 years. You will not find a more professional and knowledgeable agents than Tiffany Davis and Amanda Carpender. Both of these ladies provide not only great knowledge of your individual policies but support and guidance in finding the best fit for you and your family in all areas of insurance. I highly recommend theDavid Mitchell Agency, David Mitchell himself as well as agents Davis and Carpender.

We were with USAA in Michigan for a very long time because they were always cheaper than all the other auto insurers. We moved to Florida and our rates doubled but USAA was cheaper cheaper. April 2023 comes and that all changes. USAA’s rates increase by hundreds of dollars and they refused to lower them. I called around like I do every 6 months but not very much luck then our nephew refers us to Tiffany. She was fantastic and actually worked out our policy so that it was cheaper than the original USAA policy. We’ll be with Allstate from now on. Good riddance USAA. Thank you Tiffany!

The best customer service I have ever received Dave, Tiffany and team on it whenever I need to make change even though I have never met face ro face with Dave I have spent plenty time phone and Dave gets it done!!

The most selfish Allstate agency that I've ever dealt with. This location alone makes me almost want to change my policy to an entirely different company. I would never recommend this Branch as they're more focused on money than they are taking care of their customers. Y'all should be ashamed.

I recently bought life insurance as a 25 year old, Dave and Tiffany assisted me personally and walked me thoroughly through the process. All the information was very clear and Dave was very transparent while making sure I understood the product and all the choices I had for my current situation and future life changes as well.I am extremely glad I found Dave to have as my insurance agent, definitely recommend!!

I have nothing but praise for my Allstate rep David Mitchell and especially for Tiffany Davis who's been so helpful with all our insurance needs. Fact is, I've been able to find car insurance at a more affordable rate but opted to stay with Allstate because of the loyalty i feel from and have for Tiffany. My only complaint ( for lack of a better word) is with Drivewise. While we've been able to activate Drivewise for two drivers on our policy, it's been illusive for a third. There's some type of IT glitch that prevents activation. That in itself makes me skeptical of the accuracy of the Drivewise data in general. But regardless, 5 out of 5 stars for David Mitchell and Tiffany Davis at Allstate!
