“My wife and I had dinner on a Saturday recently. We sat in the back looking out at the Suwannee River. The service was prompt and courteous. I had chicken francies however it's spelled. Basically a chicken cutlet dipped in flower and then egg and sautéed and served with the sauce that gives it its name. Two cutlets with a side of rice mixed with some kind of tasty pesto and Mediterranean vegetables. It was exceedingly delicious and I took half home for tomorrow. My wife had meatball lasagne which she thoroughly enjoyed and she took half of it home as well. We will eat there again soon and often.”
