I have used them now for 2 moves and I have referred them to others. I do not feel they should have a 3.9 star rating as they were very professional, on time, clean, and fantastic to work with. I shouldn't be this excited about having to move but BungoBox makes it very easy and very stress free.

I have not used bungoboxes services, HOWEVER. I spent three days trying to get information and contacting the Orlando office. Out of desperation, I contacted one of the other locations, and they were very aware that this location is "hard to get ahold of"Their website is STILL under construction, after what appears to be a year.I will be exploring other avenues.

BungoBox service is amazing! Very convenient when you are stressed out about your move. The boxes are made of a resistant material, very versatile and everything fits perfectly. Another plus about this company is the price, and the costumer service. They treat you really well. I highly recommend using this service for any type of move.

I used BungoBox for two moves in 2014 and 2017 -- they were great! Fast forward to 2018. The website is under maintenance and my wife's repeated phone calls were not returned. I decided to try Crate Depot instead and they were very quick to respond and efficient. Not sure what's up with BungoBox but they are no longer my first choice.

I'm a repeat BungoBox user. I LOVE not having to bother with getting all of the packing material out of my house, plus having a deadline to unpack is awesome. No more leaving unpacked boxes sitting around until its the next time to move.

I've moved many times and just getting cardboard boxes and supplies stresses me out and is costly. I heard about Bungobox and was sold right away! They delivered everything and picked it up. Came with dolly's, labels and the ability to add bubble wrap, clothing boxes, etc. It was half the price of what it normally costs me and it's Going Green, saving our landfills. Everyone was very friendly, on time and presentable. For me it made me want to unpack instead of procrastinating. The boxes also don't leak! If you put it down in water, your possessions don't get ruined and they stack neatly. It saved me a lot of money with paying moving men because it took them literally an hour less using them....at $110/hour! I'll never use cardboard again ! Thx guys!

Great service (Virginia/DC location). Really good about communicating re scheduling and ETA. Crates were delivered on time and were clean. Extremely helpful for our painting -- allowed us to wheel stuff from room to room and really saved our backs. So glad I found Bungobox!

I'm in the middle of a move and so far I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Bungobox. I never received a call the day before to discuss my delivery time-which is explicitly stated will happen when you place an order. I called both the customer service line and the local number in my city a total of 4 times before I heard back. Re-carpeting our house was the last project in renovating after water damage. It was also the most daunting, since we had to pack up everything off of the floors and off of all furniture, book cases, desks, etc. It was pretty much like packing to move. Bungobox was our savior! The boxes were huge, easy to load and stack, rolled around easily from room to room as they carpeted, and best of all saved us tons of money. Thanks for making something that could have been really awful and expensive into something very affordable and pleasant. We'll definitely use Bungobox again if ever needed and highly recommend your company to everyone we know. Thank you thank you!

I actually found BungoBox while attempting to purchase traditional boxes online. I think this is a fantastic idea. No assembling annoying cardboard...no taping. These things stack and roll with ease. And the pickup and delivery is icing on the cake. My only advice is to order more wardrobe boxes than you think you need because each one doesn't hold very many hanging clothes. I would certainly recommend BungoBox to friends...and already have.

BUNGOBOX rules. What an excellent way to help the stresses of moving. Delivery, pick up and customer service with a bit of humor. This made the stressor of moving so much better. Sturdy but yet light weight. All boxes stack and are the same size which is great for loading the truck or whatever you're using to move. I'm not planning on moving again for a very long time but will recomend to all my friends that will be.
