Called for a quote for brakes on my 2018 Mercedes c63 AMG and he immediately said I don’t do quotes on the phone and I started to reply I can drop the car off to get a quote and before I could even finish “I can” He hung up on me.
I live 7 minutes from his shop so I have no problem dropping my car off for a quote.
I’m a business owner myself and this is deplorable to run a business in this manner this shop should be ashamed.
I own a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia. A 2018 Mercedes C63. A 2012 Audi S4. My current mechanic fell very ill, so I was looking for a new good mechanic.
Honestly, I’m glad he responded this way because I would never take my luxury vehicles to a business owner that is this rude to potential new clients and lacks that much common sense, he didn’t even let me respond.
Watch he will respond “his website says no quotes via phone” but I didn’t look at your website. I called because you are in close proximity to my house and you specialize in German cars.
Definitely doesn’t specialize in business ethics or customer hospitality.
Go ahead. Give him a call and ask for a quote. See how professional he is.

We own a small dealership in Maitland Florida. We were getting a BMW ready for sale and ran into a Wastegate issue. We replaced the waste gate actuator ourselves, but our Autel had gotten water damaged the day before, therefore I could not do the Re-learn procedure myself. I asked my fiancee to call Enver and ask for a quote (every job has its price) on a simple limit relearn that would have taken 10 minutes at most.
Envers reply?
“Why doesent your boyfriend do it himself”
I was really looking forward to finding a shop that could help us keep up with our constant flow of European cars needing repairs done, but such an experience leaves me disappointed and discouraged. I dont doubt your work is great, judging by reviews, but the method of approach in addressing
customers was downright degenerate.

When my daughters 2012 328i blew the timing chain we had it towed to Envers. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a detailed estimate. Got the car back in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition.
I recommend Envers for any of your BMW work.

Enver is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. I finally found an honest mechanic lolSo I went to Autozone to check my battery and they said it was weak so I called Enver to purchase a new battery and install and he said I don't need a new battery everything is fine. So he could've said he replaced it and charged me full price and I never would've known...but he didn't. Of course I paid him for his time but I left there feeling confident in knowing if anything goes wrong with my BMW I'm taking it to him and him only. He does it ALL!! Thank you again

Upon replacing the engine in my Fiat 500X, the car began to stall days after. I took the car to auto zone to replace the battery initially. There, I was told the battery wasn’t the problem, they were sensors that were not connected back in place properly when the engine was replaced. I panicked and immediately I was angry at the dealership for not disclosing such mistake. Fast forward almost 3 months later and in dispare, I found Enver and his positive reviews is what made me take the decision to have Enver look at my car. It took him one day to figure out that indeed, it was just the battery all along? He also fixed my cigarette lighter, just changed a little fuse. Also, I was quoted an astronomical amount to fix that, as at the dealer I was told it was a “BIG” electrical problem ??♀️. He fixed it with in a few days and my car is running great! Enver is honest and knows what he is doing. I will take my car to him as long as I live in the area.Services: Electrical
