Horrible customer service I walk into the bank simply to have the cash I currently have turn to different bills the clerk at the counter says we don’t help non-customers one how did you know I wasn’t willing to set up an account to the way she acted made me absolutely refuse to ever wanna do business with his bank again maybe I would’ve opened An account but given the rude attitude I shall never be stepping foot into the facility again

Three weeks after closing my account at this location they started sending me account overdrawn notices. I spoke to the branch manager at the Winter Park branch who was very rude and claimed the account is still open.....don’t trust this bank with your money.

people are nice. worst banking experience I have ever had! Money does not come through for days....passwords reset on their own anf thor is noone to help when you call. I.will notdo TINY banking again. so small..its Tiny.
