I had to make a fairly large cash withdrawl today and Johanna O. made the transaction very smooth and pleaseant. She was friendly and very helpful. Good customer service is becoming a rarity anymore. Glad to see it still exists at this location!

Very disappointed with pre-approved interest rate. I have been a member since 1980 and maintained them as my primary banking facility throughout my military career and through retirement. I received a pre-approval rate of 5.9% from Grow for a new car. The dealership gave me a better rate of 5.1% and it is through Grow! So a member is charged more than what a dealership is giving, why be a member what do you gain!Disagree with statement below, I did apply and had a preapproval letter from Grow for 5.9% one day prior to receiving the 5.1% from the dealership.

THEY BRANCH LOCATON PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY .But if you go online on your phone this bank is REAL BAD they will ask to send you code to see your account and 1/2 the time the code number doesn't work even RIGHT AFTER GETTING THE CODE. Also a lot times calling the 800 and 813 phone after you put your information it disconnects your call .I sick of it .When you call them they cant tell you why code didn't work or why phone call disconnects you. I hope the president someone gets to bottom of this

This particular location closed at least 5 minutes early. I know this may not seem like a big deal and I typically wouldn’t be so upset. The reason I am addressing this issue today is because of our lack of caring for another’s hardships and even further refusing to intervene or assist ( which in turn is our job that pays our very own bills and supports our families). I needed my documentation for identity theft of DEO affidavit ticket to be notarized. I busy with appointments and interviews all day with public transportation as my means of getting around. I went to the location on Dale mabry and fletcher just before coming to this one and was told the notary was not there because it’s her half day. That’s when I flew here with a friend who so generously gave me a ride. Only to arrive at 4:55 pm with the door locked. This is how I have to feed my kids and keep a beat up, unstable roof over their heads and put clothes on their backs and food in their mouths until I am able to find another job. We as humans need to be doing a better job of lifting each other up and helping each other out. Rather then criticizing each other and turning our backs on one another. This is the reason our kids think and behave in the manner they do now. We can do better than this, our children and humanity as a whole depend on us.

Obviously great management. The staff is so awesome at this office. This is a very inviting location for a totally awesome credit union. We've been banking here for over 10 years and never an issue.
