I got a letter in the mail right on time from All State. I was just about to sign a contract with State Farm the next day. All State was quoting me less than what I was getting from State Farm. So I called and the representative was super friendly and personable. They weren't able to match the quote in my letter (it ended up being a little more than double the letter), but it was still a cost savings from State Farm. The customer service was excellent and convenient (all electronic). So I was pleased, and happy to be back on Security First Homeowners Insurance. I recommend!

Recently moved to Florida and needed to update my insurance policies.
I worked with Jaybee and he was absolutely great. Very professional but also down to earth. We shared a few laughs.
