Bibi is an outstanding one-on-one pilates instructor. She tailored exercises specifically for my structural issues, and my lower back felt better almost immediately. I have been attending for a year. If you are looking for REAL Pilates instruction, then this is it! Bibi is trained and certified and cultivates an individual plan for her clients. I have tried so many "pliates studios" around, and they do not care the safety of your body or mind and only your wallet.

Bibi fitted me in when I was staying near her studio. She was friendly and personable and gave wonderful attention and advice throughout my sessions. Bibi gave careful attention during the initial assessment, she listened and took note of what I wanted to achieve by the end of my visit. I began work with Bibi at Centering Pilates and Fitness after surviving a car accident involving multiple injuries and surgeries. Someone recommended Pilates and I found Bibi's Centering practice after researching and contacting other studios that offer a free consult as part of their sales pitch. When Bibi reached back and I explained what I was feeling she said "yes I can help you with that". I was looking for someone that would "train" me into exercising again after having some physical issues. I was feeling unsteady while trying to get back into yoga and my body wasn't cooperating. The first thing that Bibi said was that I had to tell her if I felt any kind of pain immediately in order to adjust the exercises. This is refreshing because we are conditioned to the "no pain no gain" motto. And true to her word as soon as I feel pain she changes it up and shows me a better way to move that won't hurt me.I have had 7 sessions with her and I feel more confident and stronger every time. I love the one on one sessions with Bibi and how she pays attention to details that most of us don't even know about when exercising. Highly recommended!

I’ve had lower back pain off and on for 30 years and have tried physical therapy, chiropractic, deep tissue massage, and acupuncture, all with limited success. Thanks to Bibi and her exceptional skill as a pilates instructor, I now have the relief that has eluded me for years! Bibi is kind, friendly, energetic and knowledgeable. She tailors her workout to her individual client, and it’s nice to work with her one on one, instead of in a big class. I can’t thank Bibi enough for all of the help she has given me!

Training with Bibi is one of the best decisions I've made this year! Prior to training with Bibi I did not enjoy working out, I avoided going to the gym. Now I look forward to working out and it has become something I look forward to each week. Bibi is knowledgeable, kind, and strong. She has taught me how to listen to my body, how to strengthen by body, and how to enjoy doing so.

Before I started seeing Bibi I did not put much time and effort into being physically active and I started to feel that my muscles were always tight and my flexibility was very low. That's when I made the decision I did not want to grow up feeling like my body was weak. I knew the only way I would be consistent with keeping active was to find a place that was one-on-one, someone who would inspire me and push me to grow into the person I wanted to be. I also wanted to get that one-on-one experience where I could start to properly learn how to execute exercises and do them while not injuring myself.Signing up to do pilates with Bibi has been just what I was looking for. I look forward to each session with her because she keeps me motivated, she challenges me yet never pushes me when I feel like I am not physically ready to do a certain exercise and she is overall a great and kind person. So far after only 10 sessions I have seen more of an improvement in my overall strength, flexibility and energy levels than I have ever seen before when I used to try group exercise classes or HIIT workouts. I highly recommend doing pilates Bibi!

You can tell she knows what she’s talking about and really cares about helping you achieve your goals. I’ve never had an instructor who put that much effort into makinga workout fitting for my needs and goals. She really pays attention to her clients to ensure you have the best experience possible!

For the past year or so I have been struggling with weight gain and it was really starting to take a hit on my self confidence as well as my ability to carry out day to day tasks. A couple months ago, my friend introduced me to her trainer, Bibi, whom she loves. I’ve had fitness trainers in the past, including multiple kickboxing trainers at a kickboxing studio, but they were expensive, inexperienced, and unorganized so I decided to leave them and look elsewhere.It’s only been a couple months but needless to say Bibi is so much better than the trainers I’ve worked with in the past. She has decades of fitness experience and an arsenal of fitness knowledge that is available to you at your disposal. I pay less than what I paid at my last kickboxing studio, and I gotta admit, her rates are amazing compared to the extreme dedication she has shown in helping me work towards my fitness / weight / body goals. Weight gain can make one feel bad about themselves, like it did with me, but Bibi has been helping me feel more like myself again. I have been noticing not only improvement in my mood and mindset, but also in my day-to-day productivity. Work and chores and all that boring stuff doesn’t seem as bad anymore now that I have that natural rush of endorphins coming in every morning from working out to lift me up.It’s hard to come by trainers that are transparent and 100% dedicated to their clients instead of their clients checkbooks, so I’m really glad I found Bibi at a time when I really needed fitness assistance to get me out of my funk.I hate working out and I rarely do it as a result; but for the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to my fitness routine in the morning because I know eventually Bibi will help me achieve the body that I want and the health goals that I have set for myself.If you find yourself in a rut with your current trainer and/or mental/physical state, I recommend you give Bibi a try. Whatever you need, she will personalize a plan just for you. Even my old trainers with whom I paid over $250 a month for did not ever do this—they actually only gave me 1 “health” plan and it was a print out from the internet. Needless to say, they were useless and not very helpful.In short, go to Bibi. She’ll get you right and will get you feeling good and back to your normal self in only a couple sessions.
